The location is great, not even a block from the downtown strip with all the stores. Looks can be deceiving because when I open the door couldn't believe how nice it was,honestly better then couples rooms I've gotten at MT Olympus , beds were comfortable, had ask for 2 rooms next to each other and to my surprise they were with the door in between which was great. I extremely recommend this place, but best of all was the price was great 👍 believe me I'm not one to usually leave a review but for this place I had to. 2 thumbs 👍 👍 up.

For less than anywhere else in the Dells, we got a quiet, clean room a block from all the action. A/c, hot water, wifi all worked well. I stayed with my kid and we felt safe and slept well in a relatively comfy bed. Sarah and her daughter are very welcoming. It's an older property and you can't expect 3 or 4 star aesthetics but for a clean cheap room this is a great option.

No toiletries but not a big deal as we brought our own.

BREAKFAST WAS NOT INCLUDED, WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND IT WAS VERY SATISFACTORY THEN. THE LOCATION OF THE MOTEL IS MOST EXCELLANT. IT IS WITHIN A BLOCK OR TWO OF ALL THE ACTION IN DOWNTOWN WISCONSIN DELLS. THE ROOMS AND THE MOTEL IN GENERAL HAS BEEN UP GRADED AND REFRESHED WITH PAINTING AND LIGHTING. THE MANAGEMENT WERE VERY ACCOMIDATING.

THE TELEVISION DID NOT FUNCTION WELL, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT AND WOULD CONTINUE TO GO OFF LINE AND BUFFERING. IT WAS TO TECHNICAL FOR NORMAL PEOPLE TO USE. WE HAD ONE SMALL GARGAGE CONTAINER IN THE ROOM AND ANOTHER WAS NEEDED.

Decent sized room and bathroom. Very comfortable! Middle of downtown so you’re able to walk without having to pay for parking. **It is fairly close to the plaza where they have live bands so if you do not like loud music keep this in mind (personally, I didn’t mind it)

Better curtains. They didn’t cover the windows at all. Anyone who walked past would be able to look into our room

The location is very ideal for walking to restaurants/bars in the downtown area. The staff running the motel were very helpful and friendly. Good place to stay for the price.

Unfortunately there was an issue, because I had booked with Booking.com and they charged me and so did the motel. River road took care of everything by calling booking.com and refunded me. As a word of caution, don't use Booking.com when staying at this motel, book directly with them!

Great room for the price. Nothing too fancy and the lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful each and every time we've booked here! This would be the 4th or 5th time staying here recently!

Those metal grate stairs to the upper level of the motel is a bit of a tripping hazard if you're not extremely careful! Just watch your step!

hostess/owner was very cordial and friendly,, bed was very comfortable

My only complaint was, (and this is a bit gross) but there was a leftover terd particle stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl, but at least it washed away on the first flush, it makes me wonder how clean the toilet really was?

The room big, have microwave, refrig. And the price great.

When we checked in around 4 or 5:00pm the staff told us one of our rooms were not yet ready and that she will get it so we went to the one that was ready but when we get to the one she said was ready did not have any towels. We went walking and dinner and came back to the around 10:00pm but still no towels. We can't take shower because the is towels. The office was closed so we can't get the towels. I had to call the emergency number and talked to someone. An hour later someone dropped us some towels that maybe just came off the washer, it was wet but it was too late to call again for dry towels. The floor was also dirty like it had not been washed for months.

The location was close to Mt Olympus and restaurants. It was about a 5-8min drive away from the water park. There's a Pub right across the street from the Motel so food is in walking distance. Overall, the price of the motel was great compared to others around.

I wish they would have had a drink or snack machine nearby. It would have been convenient and I wouldn't have had to travel to the store.

I liked how it was close to pretty much everything and if it wasn’t then maybe a ten minute walk or so either way it’s worth the walk or drive lol

It was clean for the most part was some finger prints on the mirror and door my husband said it kinda smelt like feet the blanket on our bed but I didn’t really smell it it had a jacuzzi in our room so that was a plus 😀
