We had a family trip (nine people) and had a wonderful time at this house. We really liked the location — it felt secluded and quiet, without unnecessary noise, which is exactly what our family enjoys. The house was spacious, with everything needed for a comfortable stay: cozy apartments, enough room for everyone, and all the essentials for a picnic and family meals. Everyone felt comfortable, just like at home. A special bonus was the free tickets for all guests to Land of Natura and the zoo — this made our stay even more fun and memorable. The only small drawback was that one of the toilets sometimes made noise (it seemed like water was running), especially at night. But this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly recommend this place for a family or group getaway.

The staff's friendliness and accommodating nature were exceptional throughout my unconventional stay. Pre-check-in parking was readily available for my vehicle and trailer several hours in advance. They efficiently accommodated an additional guest upon their arrival on the second day. Post-checkout parking was also granted, enabling me to extend my trip without seeking alternative parking. I greatly appreciated the river view and the convenience of the private balcony. A complimentary drink ticket upon check-in was a welcome addition. While I did not utilize the indoor pool, hot tub, or sauna, they appeared to be accessible 24 hours (at one's own risk). The location was great resulting in a 5 minute walk to the downtown area, or you can take the path next to the hotel called The Riverwalk.

I didn't like that the walls were not well insulated making it difficult to sleep at night due to the peopke talking in the neighboring room around bar close. They were loud for a while, but also any man's voice talking at a normal volume can be heard through the walls or even down the hall. I did mention this to the staff and they handled the situation to the best of their abilities.

Loved the view!! And the beds were incredibly comfortable and loved all the pillows. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was very nice, and the lady bartender Krystal was fun to talk to. Love the location and that there is Starbucks available onsite, The bar and restaurant were lovely and everything was decorated beautifully for the holidays!

The resort fee. The full resort isn't even open in the wintertime! I get that there is access to multiple pools, but im not here to use the resort. Give people the option, not just an automatic fee. Also, for such a lovely hotel, the bathrooms are awkward and small. Use some of all that wasted space in the hallways and make the bathroom larger and more modern! The light above the sink is way too dim and weird. The dresser and desk are way too large and awkward for the room and are dated. The walls need better insulation. I didn't enjoy hearing my neighbors' conversations and lovemaking.

The hotel itself was beautiful with a wonderful view of the river and had cute outdoor seating, it has a pool/hot tub/sauna that sadly we did not get to use cause we just stayed here for the night to break up our long drive.

When I booked the property though booking.com, I knew we wouldn’t be staying at the main hotel, but the one across the street. However, theirs is an additional building across the street that is like a little house that we stayed in so it was kind of deceiving. It was good the for price we paid but the sink in mirror is very small for getting ready in from of. It would be nicer if they added another full body mirror.

Check in was a bit uncomfortable - a more senior staff member seemed to be training a newer person. She was quite abrupt with them and it seemed like an inconvenience that we didn't have a US phone number, despite all of our information being in our online booking. Other staff were friendly. Room was not serviced in our time but maybe that's normal for only 3 nights.

This is the second time we stayed at the Vue during the off-peak season. We like the location and the view. The staff is great, the pool and the bar are very nice. The bar lady is very friendly and makes amazing cocktails. The hotel is part of the Natura group and offers guests a discount at the company’s restaurants which includes Hot Rocks (one of our favourite places in Wisconsin Dells) and free tickets to the Land of Natura for next Summer.

Room was too hot even with A/C on.

The property we stayed in "property c" was so unexpected and was like a little cabin with only one other neighbor. We had breakfast at the boathouse and it was really delicious! Also the free tickets and parking to Land of Natura was equal to the overnight stay. The Vue is one of the best kept secrets in the Dells and we are frequent visitors. Highly recommend for family or just a couple! The staff are super friendly as well, so extra plus!

The hotel room was a great size for what was needed. Hotel offers a nice restaurant with great views and outside deck for eating and Starbucks Coffee and bar also. The hotel is in a nice location, clean & comfortable.

All though the room size was accommodating, the bathroom was tiny for the number of people in the room. We thought the bathroom would be bigger. The sink was on the outside of the bathroom so people could use it while the bath was occupied.

The beds were very comfortable and I really liked the setup with the one bed in the separate room being across a little corridor from the bigger room with the two beds in it. The staff was helpful and accommodating when we needed to add 2 more people to our room reservation. I really liked that there was a Starbucks on-site.

The bathroom was quite tight. There were maybe 4 inches between the door and the toilet. Additionally, there was a room(s) that someone must've been smoking in and the smell leaked into the hallway. It was pretty unavoidable as the room was right between the elevator and the staircase that led to the parking lots. I do appreciate that the staff must've tried to eliminate the smell by spraying some sort of deodorizer.

Room with balcony overlooking the river was amazing. We had dinner in the Boathouse which was delicious!

No where did we see that we booked rooms for their motel across the street which cannot compare to the main hotel. I had upgraded via booking.com but my friend did not. Because it was shoulder season she was able to change to main hotel. Booking.com needs to do a better job of making this clear. The woman at the front desk said she has many unhappy guests due to this.
