Attached restaurant was convenient for dinner. Complementary breakfast was delicious. Staff were very accommodating (providing vegetarian alternative for meals, offering to fill water bottles from restaurant, providing tooth brush/paste that I forgot). Bed was comfy and clean. Nice large TV in room. Quiet room (did not hear any other guests).

Outlet for charging phone was across the room (couldn’t use phone and charge it while lying in bed). Room was very cold when I got to it - took several hours to warm. Would have liked water fountain to fill water bottle close to room.

Breakfast at Marty's was great. Nice supperclub from yesteryear; well maintained. Entrees were homemade & tasty; server was helpful & friendly. Person working the desk notified travelers seated nearby that they had left an item in their room and brought it to the front desk for them to pick up. Nice exercise room & pool/whirlpool. If someone visiting Wi Dells would like to stay a few miles away from the congestion, I'd definitely recommend Voyageur Inn & Conference Center.

More easily accessible plug ins for phones and med equipment

The receptionist was very nice.Nice room.Pool was wonderful.I stayed there several times and always had a great experience.Also the restaurant attached the staff was very professional and service was great.Friendly waitress and kitchen manager aimed to please Great place to eat.

There really isn't anything to say that is negative about this establishment

The survey about the beds. I would encourage them to invest in new mattresses over the toppers. The toppers aren't a stable surface and make the beds too soft. Stable surfaces promote safety when moving in and out of bed. Unstable surfaces make transitions more difficult the younger and older that you are.

It's dark decor. Which it felt less heavy..

The hotel was very nice the food at Marty's Steakhouse was amazing the only time they were kind of let down with their food was the breakfast buffet on Sunday I wish they had something that was a little bit more light and not so much gravy and biscuits but if you order off their menu it is awesome fresh and great price definitely 10 out of 10 recommendation for staying at this hotel

The only thing I would have to say that I didn't like the most would be the fact that the Sunday breakfast buffet I was just kind of okay I guess that and when you stay at the hotel you can only go up once to the buffet so definitely make it count LOL

Room smelled fresh, bed was comfy, spacious room, nice shower, like the bigger mini fridge, staff friendly and liked the convenience of the restaurant within the hotel!!

Other guests were loud and had kids running up and down hallway until 11:00 pm .....other then rude guest it was pleasant!!

The hotel was very clean, staff was exceptional, pool area was clean, the breakfast was delicious.

The first night the room had hard beds, the ac didn’t work well, couldn’t turn the constant fan on, the hair dryer had only one setting and the water faucets did have anything noting warm and cold. The second night I had a different room and all of these things were not present.

The location was great. The price was great. It was a good value for the price. If you go just a little further into the dells, you'll pay a lot more money for the same amount of space.

No room service or mini-bar. It feels dated and needs to be updated. I hate the shampoos that are in little pouches that can't possibly be opened by hand in the shower.

New mattress topper made bed very comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding.

There was a bad smell in the lobby. It bothered me but others did not notice it. No smell issues in the room.

The room was spacious and very nice. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Dining Facilities and a bar was in the building so, you did not have to go anywhere if you did not want to.

Pool area and some of the other parts of the hotel need a paint job/face life. This hotel does need a make over. We paid very similar prices to The Dells but did not get the same location or amenities. You have to take time/gas to drive further so, it has to balance out. We'd LIKE to stay there again. The question to ask is "Why?". Why stay there over other places? PLEASE, give us a reason to stay there vs. other places in The Dells.
