The staff was very nice and friendly. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The rooms need to be remodeled and updated, old carpets removed and new AC units..they were not working well, not keeping rooms cool enough, and there was humidity in the rooms that you could feel. The pool was not kept very clean and I am certain the water balance was off, the chlorine smell was very strong.

I liked the breakfast, pool, hot tub, there were restaurants/stores/gas near by. It was quiet but love that we stayed in a small town to be near other people. Only a 20-25 minute drive to Wisconsin Dells. Convenient access for us to travel to Mall of America in Minnesota and a cave tour in Iowa.

I just wish the pool was a tad warmer- it was too cold. Wish the hot tub was a tad warmer- it was too cool. Other then that, everything was perfect.

It was very clean. Staff was friendly. It was quiet and we got good rest there.

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6am but wasn't served until 7:30. I can understand why but its a negative for those who need to be up and out earlier. There were also 2 $13 charges placed on our card after we checked out. I asked why we were charged and they just said they would resolve it. So make sure you check your card accounts for unapproved charges.

Everyone that was working the front counter for our check in was wonderfull and very helpfull. The gentleman at the counter even came to our room to help us get the tv to work for us.

Nothing it was really great room and very clean and felt very safe there.

Location was good for what we needed.

Noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom and poor lighting around the mirror over the sink. At about 9:40 there was hardly any food left. We had to go elsewhere to get something to eat.

Location , they take pets,, not a bunch of noises.

That booking.com didn't tell me I can't have my pets and a jetted tub in room at same time . I'm disabled and after 10 hrs on the he road I needed a hot tub that a big person can get in and out of .to deal with pain.

Breakfast was basic, needs more variety.

The light switch as you came into the room controlled the refrigerator so if you dont know and you flip off that switch it turns it off, they need to add information in the room for pool time, breakfast time , maybe some menus for restaurants that deliver.

The front desk help was wonderful. I showed up early and they hustled to get me in my room.

Bathroom was dated and the room should have been vacuumed better

Location was great. Close to where I was going. Lots of stores close by

Location, Location, Location. Very Pleasant Staff in a City to which we will return often. We found the hotel to be right where we needed to be...both for the concert in the Dells and the Market on the Square in Baraboo.

We have zero dislikes.
