Super clean. Nice breakfast. The night staff who did my check-in was super friendly and helpful. The (maintenance man?) Who cleaned the pool area and helped my kids with the hot tub was also helpful and very friendly.

The housekeeping manager who reminded me, as I was getting ready to leave at 11:05,, that if I wasn't out by 11:30 they would have to charge me, did so in a very rude way with a nasty tone of voice.

Facility was comfortable. Great breakfast choices!

Spa had bugs in it (flies and ticks) were floating in water. Got out after seeing them. Asked for a rm NOT Nextdoor to anyone as we are light sleepers- they put a dog w guest in Nextdoor rm. Lots of other vacant rooms as it was a weekday stay. Disappointing and did not sleep well bc dog was barking and making noise.

Clean. Location was good, near the interstate. Was on the way to our next destination.

Breakfast was not up to par. Foods needed to be replenished faster than they were. Had omelet station but no eggs. Pancake conveyer was having issues working. Food selection wasn’t great either.

I enjoyed the breakfast, its one of the reasons i came back to this hotel. We thiught we didn't have a fridge in our rom and went down to the service desk and come to find out the fridge is hidden in the dresser and the guy came down to the room to make sure we had one in the dresser.

There should be a note on dresser to indicate the fridge is inside the dresser. I am sure I am not the only customer to ask where the fridge is.

I loved the showers, air conditioning, beds, and the breakfast was perfect! The hotel staff were all friendly and polite- I spoke with 3 different staff so it was great!

The layout is a bit confusing, but I stuck with the route and was given a map. I believe our room was a smoking room prior. I didn’t notice, but my friend commented. She is a smoker and I am not - but was NOT noticeable to me and didn’t smell anything.

The free breakfast was good. They have a swimming pool and hot tub which are great for kids, but the pool is a little too shallow for adult swims.

We had a slight problem with the heater/air conditioner that caused us to lose a little sleep, but the problem got worked out.

Did not have the breakfast but it looked good. Room was well appointed. Single cup coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave worked well. Enough reachable outllets. Bed had three pillows, each a little different so you can choose the one you like. Wi-Fi worked well.

The only complaint is that the hot water takes a minute to come out of the faucet. The couch was not comfortable.

I left a pair of pajamas in the room . Didn't realize it until I got home. I called the hotel the next day and was informed they did not find them. Very disappointing that someone on staff wasn't honest enough to turn them in,

There was no coffee pot in the room. The regular chair and foot rest needs cleaned. Sorry to say that it was not worth $200.00 a night.

Staff was wonderful, friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Breakfast was not to our liking, but others enjoyed it. You can't please everyone. Oh, the bathroom was tiny.
