I like the lady that worked at first shift on Friday she was pleasant and nice and rarely respectful and she combinated all my needs

I didn't like when I came to young man that was working that day he always give me problems knowing that I have a condition where I cannot get an elevators and I do have chronic arthritis where I cannot do stairs so I asked for a room on the first floor and he always give me a hard time and he's the only one the rest of the people there are pleasant and respectful and nice

Friendly staff. Laundry room availability. Breakfast eggs and juice. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Nice location right off the interstate and walking distance to a store and food.

Need to have decaf coffee available with the breakfast. Options other than white bread (bagels, english muffin, etc.) would have been nice. Need to retire some of the older thinner towels.

The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was great for our needs. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed here cause of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunetly, the hot tub was not working.

Newly remodeled. Spacious rooms. Helpful staff who were willing to change our room after the first night.

Room 104 by the lobby is TOO NOISY. Because of the tile floor in the room and the lobby every sound carries: voices, phones ringing, breakfast noise, etc. Also, breakfast is generic.

Front desk staff that checked us in upon the night of arrival was fantastic. My son ended up getting sick from his motion sickness and our super long car ride and she went above and beyond doing what she could for us to clean up, get us new clean towels/linens, and even got him a sprite to help settle his stomach! Couldn’t be more thankful for her customer service and kindness!

Convenience. Warm welcome. Room clean and comfortable - well equipped.

Parking lot was icy. Not a fan of games machines in the lobby. Breakfast was OK - nothing special.

Location was good and the room was big.

Kids running and jumping above us and running through the halls. The booking company had issues with our reservation so we couldn’t add a military discount - I know that’s not your fault but the company should have a chance to edit a reservation. Windows were drafty and no matter how we adjusted it the fridge froze our food and drinks.

I like the fact that it's across the street from the prison where is my husband is located at and they're very respectful

I don't like that they do not serve bacon for breakfast or grits or pancakes hash browns or neither oatmeal they should serve more variety of food for breakfast because I come quite often and I will be until my husband get released from the list of correctional

Was hard to find off of express way, had to stop at Bp gas station to find it and it was located behind gas station, needs better signage.

this was a very good hotel I like that itis set back off the main road the breakfast was really good they had lots of choices. the pool was just the right tempaure
