The inn is conveniently located near the freeway with choice of two service stations nearby. The inn was clean, easily accessible, ample parking along with two charging stations for EV if needed. Our room was immaculate, very comfortable bed and plenty of plush pillows. We asked for a handicapped room, and it was perfect for wheelchair access. Nice TV, good reception, fridge was nice and cold, a couple of comfy chairs and table was handy. The bathroom came equipped with a hair dryer, bottled shampoo and conditioner on the wall, soaps, Kleenex, and soft toilet paper. Our room was quiet so we had a good, uninterrupted sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, every one from the front desk to housekeeping. There was fresh lemon water in the lobby, and the breakfast was delicious. Choices of sausage and eggs, bagels, creals, toast, waffles, juices, yogurt, and very good coffee.

The door to the room was a little difficult to hold open with trying to get the wheelchair in and out. A doorstop would have been handy.

I like the lady that worked at first shift on Friday she was pleasant and nice and rarely respectful and she combinated all my needs

I didn't like when I came to young man that was working that day he always give me problems knowing that I have a condition where I cannot get an elevators and I do have chronic arthritis where I cannot do stairs so I asked for a room on the first floor and he always give me a hard time and he's the only one the rest of the people there are pleasant and respectful and nice

Friendly staff. Laundry room availability. Breakfast eggs and juice. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice. Nice location right off the interstate and walking distance to a store and food.

Need to have decaf coffee available with the breakfast. Options other than white bread (bagels, english muffin, etc.) would have been nice. Need to retire some of the older thinner towels.

The rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was great for our needs. Easy check-in and check-out process. Would definately stay here again.

We stayed here cause of the pool and hot tub. Unfortunetly, the hot tub was not working.

Room 104 by the lobby is TOO NOISY. Because of the tile floor in the room and the lobby every sound carries: voices, phones ringing, breakfast noise, etc. Also, breakfast is generic.

Parking lot was icy. Not a fan of games machines in the lobby. Breakfast was OK - nothing special.

Front desk staff that checked us in upon the night of arrival was fantastic. My son ended up getting sick from his motion sickness and our super long car ride and she went above and beyond doing what she could for us to clean up, get us new clean towels/linens, and even got him a sprite to help settle his stomach! Couldn’t be more thankful for her customer service and kindness!
