Pool was great - clean and maintained. Staff were smiling and welcoming. Location was perfect - right at the start of the main street and very close to the south beach. Easy to reach all desirable destinations from this hotel. Front door is secure after 23:30 you can enter only with key. Reception was very informative and helpful. Restaurant has tables by the pool and is clean and pleasant. Balcony was very spacious and view was good.

Breakfast was not very good. The staff cleaned every day - yet cobwebs remained in the corners - the rest of the room was clean though. There was a very noisy ventilation shaft right next to the hall window - bad luck that our room was right next to that window. Also room was on the smallish side.

The staff was very friendly. Nice big bed. Unfortunately the weather was bad and our son got sick so we needed to go.

The breakfast was ok, not impressive. The restaurant food was not good. Just before our son to got sick and the rain to start again i paid for 1 more night, but next day i asked if they give back some of the money. We left on Monday 2nd of September so we had 3 nights left and the receptionist said they charge 1 night and the night i paid to stay more will be refund or they can give me a coupon for 2 nighs in this hotel, but i told them we have 3 nights left not 2, but i was ignored.

Very good wifi only by the pool.

There is no room cleaning at all without asking. Even after requesting to throw out the trash, they did only this. No towels change, no toiletries (shampoo, soap, also only after requesting). Very poor wifi in the room.

Location is perfect. There is an option for paid parking, to not look for parking every day. Staff is helpful and tries to assist you as much as possible. We received north-oriented room and the temperature inside was fine. The room was wide enough for 2 adults and 3 small kids.

The hotel was not clean enough. There was a dead spider behind the toilet that stayed there for four days, even after room cleaning. The pool was pretty dirty (attaching picture) - the floor was not even visible, so we didn't used it at all, which is a pity as pool was main reason to stay here, as kids can use it in the afternoon when we're not on the beach. Even after we complained about it, the reply was that the owner is deciding when the pool will be cleaned more thoroughly (didn't happen in 4 days). The breakfast was nothing special, I've expected something cooked (instead of boiled/fried eggs and sausages) - like banitsa, pancakes, fried bread.... something not so hard to prepare. Generally disappointed for that price.
