The room was really spacious and lovingly designed. The owners and staff were super friendly and helpful. It was well located and the restaurant belonging to the hotel ended up being our preferred choice in town.

The sink in the bathroom was quite small even though the bathroom would be lange enough for a decent sized sink. There was also not much surface space for toiletries or hooks for towels.

Due to owners awaiting permits, the café area not yet open, so they brought breakfast (good) to our room. Very thoughtful! The new owners Fabrice and Celine just took over a few weeks before we arrived. Very nice young people, giving great effort. They spent weeks cleaning and fixing up the rooms. The room was immaculate, all new fixtures and a perfect bed and shower. Very close to multiple Restaurants and quiet nonetheless. Help getting our panniers off the bikes and to the room, and perfect secure bike storage.

We liked the entire experience. A perfect single night in the middle of our bicycle trip.

Clean; close to the beach; good breakfast; the host/manager was very helpful, easy to reach/responsive, welcoming and friendly. I greatly appreciated the early check in and the late check out the last day (so I could comfortably go to the beach before the flight back)

We had a LOVELY stay here - if you like cool, and trendy and unique and small and friendly - this is your place. Great Location - we had the corner room overlooking the canal. Great for watching the boats. Good breakfast and people who care about your experience, welcome drink, great omelette, unique rooms. Great ambience with groovy music that makes you feel like you are on holiday and a lovely breakfast terrace. Relaxed and informal with great design vibe about it. Owners and staff appear keen to provide an Experience! We'd definitely go back.

Nothing we didn't like, they are new so tweaking small things like extra hooks in the bathroom etc. Parking available but is limited, although plenty nearby so not an issue.

There is so much to love about this place. The owner could not be more hospitable! he went out of his way to do everything he could to make us comfortable. The location is fantastic, so much to do nearby. our bed was super comfortable and looked straight over the canal. I can not recommend this place more!

A first rate hotel but newly opened and the little things were missing. We were greeted and presented with a drink on arrival - nice touch. Very friendly staff and the restaurant served excellent food at a very reasonable price. But there are teething problems

The room had a fridge, there was water but not a single glass in the room. The bathroom had no hooks for robes/clothes. And the restaurant had run out of red wine - in France!

A very friendly team. A very warm welcome indeed. Our evening meal after a 3 hour drive was heavenly. The Turbot was a delight. Our waiter a young man from Morocco was the essence of hospitality and kindness. We stayed in room 2 . We'll worth the extra money as it has a relaxing sofa from which to look and enjoy atmosphere of the street and waterway. French hospitality at it's best.

I had a beautiful room but it is a strange hotel. The host was great-even appearing late at night when I lost my key. Don’t expect to see other people or facilities! But great location and great view and very comfortable bed.
