Me, my wife and our dog stayed here for 2 nights. We sent a message saying we would only arrive around 3 a.m. due to traveling and at around 1 a.m. we got a call from the Hotel asking if everything was ok, if we needed help/support for anything, and if we wanted something to eat once we arrived. I must say this was by far the best service we have ever had (and we stay mainly in 5-star hotels around the world). Once we arrived check-in was super quick to allow us to go to our room and get some sleep. The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the fact that we actually had 2 different types of pillows on the bed, one soft and one a bit harder. Usually, you get the same type of pillow and if you want something different you have to ask for it. The location is amazing. Just 20 mins by car from Montpellier (that we wanted to visit) and the restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner) faces the beach. It's super quiet and isolation is perfect. During dinner, there's some music but from the bedroom (on the 1st floor) we didn't hear anything. The pool is also facing the beach and super chilled and relaxed. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast but we had dinner at the restaurant. Must say the food is really good and priced fairly. The restaurant was full of both guests and locals, so that says it all. The beach in front doesn't allow dogs but there's a nearby beach (10 mins by car) which allows. We definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay, near the beach and still near enough from Montpellier. We were absolutely thrilled that we ended up staying here instead of staying in Montpellier Can't thank enough all the staff during our stay, both day and night staff.

Great hotel a real gem. Super location, on the beach, quiet, beautiful rooms. Food was excellent with different choice according to the location. Staff was quick and friendly. We never waited for our food whether in the room or in the restaurant. The beach chairs were perfect, fresh water served every day. The pool was a great size 20-25 meters and good for laps. Attention to details and the staff could not been more attentive.

The hotel is a gem and had very high standards for its food. Unfortunately the surrounding area does not have any nice good quality restaurants.

As regular visitors of this hotel (around 10 times now), we love the place: great staff, lovely spa, great food, very comfortable rooms

The restaurant's furniture is fraying and has numerous stains, making the experience from previous visits somewhat disappointing. We understand that changing (fixing) furniture is not an easy task, but for the level of service, the current state of the restaurant and lounge is not in the hotel's favour. This has to be addressed immediately. Otherwise, the price is not justified.

I never gave a 10 to any hotel but this one takes the prize. It is a 'simple' luxury hotel that manages to get absolutely everything right. Quality and comfort without unnecessary excess. A supremely professional and genuinely friendly staff - it shows the quality of management. Great location - perfectly Mediterranean without the zoo of the Côte d'Azur. The spa has excellent therapists. The restaurant and bar serve classics with quality but an easy earthiness. Beach service is supreme. In summary: just about perfect!

Absolutely nothing

Everything about our stay was phenomenal! The staff were very accommodating and professional and kind. The breakfast was outstanding and fresh and plentiful. The view was amazing!

I cannot think of anything to improve upon! The only thing that comes to mind is the weather. However, if we had to be somewhere with bad weather, I would want it to be here! We got facials, had dinner in the restaurant both nights and sat in the jacuzzi in the rain.

Lovely modern rooms and private pool and beach access with good service. Amazing shower! Friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Very easy for airport and also 20 min taxi into Montpellier city centre

Breakfast could have been varied - same every day. Not many other options nearby to eat lunch/dinner. Everything felt a bit overpriced - e.g. 45 euros for 1 bike rental (we went somewhere else for 12 euros…) - given the cost of room in the first place

An outstanding hotel. Five star luxury with fantastic staff and without being pretentious. Great facilities, spa, pool jucuzzi, and right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant all but one night of our stay and the food was delicious with a lovely Asian twist in some dishes. Every member of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would. It hesitate to stay again.

Very nice and spacious rooms with a marvelous balcony and view of the sea. Reception, lobby, store, restaurant and bar somehow all flow into one another - great and really different from the usual design. Highly professional staff, always helpful, friendly and uncomplicated. Great relaxed atmosphere.

The food is great, both for breakfast buffet and the restaurant. The room is spacious and the spa, beach facilities are great.

Someone came in without knocking to take away the balcony mattress when it was windy. They did this while we were in the bathroom unclothed. I would highly recommend to avoid this type of thing.

the location. it is right on the beach and we had a wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel is very modern inside and calm and peaceful outside. The staff were very attentive. Alex the bartender is wonderful. He was very engaging and made the most amazing cocktails.

It is very expensive but I accept it caters for a particular clientele who want luxury and expense. My friend and I had cycled from the North coast of France to the Mediterranean and this was our 2 days of luxury. My only minor niggles is that the heavy rain caused a pipe to constantly drip on our balcony and one member of staff in the restaurant pointed me to the toilets when I asked if I could fill up my water bottle.
