Member of staff who helped us sort out a late dinner when we arrived just as everything was closing - very grateful to her especially as she was just about to go off shift :-) Breakfast good

Rooms very small - managed fine as there was just me in my room but if there had been 2 people it was very tight. There was not enough floor space to open my case fully and it is not a big case!

The staff went above and beyond to help us with getting our boxed bikes to the airport. I remain in their debt as we couldn’t have got home without their help. Thank you so much!

For the price, there was nothing lacking

Location was fine although we had a car, it is primarily an airport hotel but was fine for a base to travel from, there is a few restaurants within short walk, nice pool

I like the location and the gate which required a code to get in. I felt very safe.

I couldn't understand the concept of the glass door in the bathtub. It only went half way and the water from the hand held shower didn't stay in the tub very well.

Cute, comfy room. Was a bargain purchase (quite cheap) so room was small. But it was practical and clean and I had a great sleep there!

No elevator

Great for quickly traveling through the city, and you need a sleepover. Also, the water fountain is really convenient. The breakfast was decent and tasty.

great location for easy access to airport. very helpful and friendly staff. very good buffet breakfast and nice and early. fabulous pool to relax afternoon before flight. they even kept a parcel for me so I could collect upon arrival. good dinning at Memphis only a 5min walk away 😊

Perfect for a night on the way. Comfy, quiet, nice pool and enough places to eat nearby. Enjoyed it.
