The hotel is very close to the Montpellier airport and the staff will drop you off at the airport (or pick you up). That is a huge reason to stay at this hotel. The swimming pool is clean and large enough to swim. The staff is hepful.

The food could be better, but the service was good and it was convenient to have dinner where we were sleeping. Another time (a month earlier), we had breakfast there. The continental breakfast is good and the hours are convenient. This time, we had to leave at 4:30 am, so we couldn't eat breakfast.

The staff was so adorable. The person in charge of driving travelers to the airport proposed to drive us earlier in order to make it easy for me since I was alone with my 3 kids and the mountain of luggages ! The restoration staff was very kind also. The swimming pool was very appreciated with these very high temperatures. The hotel is really near the airport. You can go to the airport by foot. It is really easy to go to Montpellier by bus.

The A/C was a little bit weak.

Ideal situated for airport. Friendly staff. Clean and inviting rooms. Good value breakfast. FREE transport to airport and to take us to transport tram service 2 miles away and pick us up on are return to hotel. Pool area clean and tidy. Would recommend this hotel.

We think that a fridge in room would be the icing on the cake.

The room was very quiet with great black out curtains and great air conditioning. Good breakfast with an attempt at bacon and separate omelette. Lovely pastries etc. The evening salad I had there was really refreshing. Nice to sit by the pool. I would stay here again.

The shower arrangement in the bathroom could be better. Nothing else.

I arrived to check in much too early and it was no problem at all, the staff were very warm and friendly. Everything in the room was very clean, the towels smelled great, the water pressure in the shower was great and the bed very comfortable, thank you.

I was alone in a potentially 4 people room. Alone it was great, for 4 people it would have been far too small. I ate at the Restaurant, most dishes were not available and the dish I chose wasn't particularly good, especially considering how pricey it was. Still, I enjoyed having a drink on the terrace by the pool.

Very easy to get to from the airport-about 15 minute walk. Everything was clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. The shower and toilet worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful, they kept my luggage in a separate room after I checked out. I didn’t have dinner at the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was super friendly and the van that takes us to the airport is great. room is spacious and clean.

I did not like that the heater was a central heater. that nevr works. i set it up to 28C, in the monitor at the reception said it was 24C and in my personal termometer was 19.5C. Whci for me was cold and unpleasant. But the cleaning lady/staff gave extra blankets for the night and it was quiet nice.

The staff was exceptional. I’d had a fall that night & reception helped to get a bag of ice & a cloth to wrap it in which very much helped my injury. The kindness so very appreciated & im so grateful that you have such a caring & helpful staff.

There was nothing not to like. I’m so glad that you’re there & we also so appreciate your shuttle service. You are a hotel we continue to use most gratefully.

Nice menu, Set price with a choice, I chose Fish & Chips, inclusive of mini cakes and small black coffee. Breakfast ok, good choice. From 4 am.

TV was not working properly, and the noisy people outside my room in the car park woke me up, at 4 am.

Very clean, major sound proof considering how close we are to the airport. Very comfortable bed. Free shuttle to airport next morning.

No elevator. 👎 Taking up the suitcase at 22 kilos and backpack a bit much. Doing stairs is not an issue.
