It’s the second time we stay in this hotel on our way back from Christmas break. We love it! Good quality - price. Good and affordable food in the restaurant (please continue with the great service and quality!). The shower is excellent. Silent rooms and it allows dogs which is a must for us as we travel with our pet.

The person at the check in was “blabbing” too much with the previous guest check in in, not being aware and respectful for other people checking in. I would suggest to ensure efficiency at check in.

The reviews I read were mixed, but the hotel seems to have made many recent improvements. The lovely woman working the front desk was extremely professional and accommodated my check-in nearly an hours before the official posted time. They gave me a room on the ground level to accommodate my heavy baggage, as the elevator was being repaired. The room window looked out directly onto the SNCF train tracks -- but I never heard anything. There was a new soundproofing window installed over the old one, suggesting that they have made improvements in this regard. The design of the lobby was very cool, suitable for drinking and lounging, and also contains a hip brasserie. It was a 30 second walk from the front of the train station (Gare d'Avignon Centre -- not the Gate TGV)! and in that regard as convenient as could be.

The room was spotless and comfortable, giving the feeling that we were the first guests to ever stay there. We traveled with kids, and everyone loved it! The staff was friendly, and the free parking was definitely a huge plus.

We couldn't find a hair dryer — it would be good to have one in the room. The breakfast selection was quite simple, offering only a limited range of items.

The location of the hotel is just perfect (just in front of the railway station) What is REALLY EXCEPTIONNAL IS THE BREAKFAST : lots of choice, products of all sorts you can imagine. (sugared or salted products) HOME MADE Products, high quality ("Miel en rayon" just incredible !) All that for such a reasonable price. You can have breakfast, just coming in, and not necessarily using the hotel. That is good information for train travellers to appreciate a high-quality breakfast before travelling instead of getting things from automatic machines (not good and expensive) in the corridor of the railway station The people at reception were very welcoming, either in late evening or in the morning I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL TRAVELLERS

The man at the desk that did my check-in was very kind/ nice, BUT he made a serious mistake, he forgot to ask me if i had my car with me, and parked at the hotel parking lot. They have a code to get in and out of the parking lot, and i had to leave the hotel at 3:30AM to catch a plane and didn’t have the code. I rang the bell 3-4 times and no one answered until a man came walking (not in a hotel clothing) and gave me the code.

Excellent location, comfortable room, very clan, great shower, nice simple breakfast.

1. Tricky to find in the dark (23.30h) - leave the exterior logo panneau lit!! 2. Control panel ambiguous - only shows current room temp, not the target temp you set; buttons difficult to read in the dark, makes setting temp a lottery.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We only spent the night there, so we don't have any comments. The room key did not work, but this problem was also quickly resolved. The room was very clean. Free parking is a big plus. We also liked the breakfast at the hotel. We definitely recommend it.

There are few towels in the room, but this is not a big problem.

Finding it on the estate was a nightmare! Room a little small but good value nonetheless, need better signage on the different lifts for different floors and the need to use the card for the lift

Ideal for the airport and the really warm friendly welcome which is great after a tiring journey. Also a restaurant on site was a bonus

About 30 minutes walk from the ecopole tram stop. But it's a good path to walk. The airport shuttle bus is much nearer 30 meters but not as convenient for the train station of Montpellier

New, close to aéroport, great facilities, pool, chic terrasse, bar and resto. Clean and functional rooms.

The only thing I would change next time would be to ask for a room away from the front. The traffic was quite loud in the morning and evening even with the double glazing.
