The staff were so nice! The place was clean, the shower heater was working, TV was working, and the wifi was so-so. Worth the price ang stay namin for 3 days and 2 nights.

1. The bedding smells. It looks clean but there is a faint smell of urine so we're not sure if it was an old sheet or if it was just not washed properly. Or baka sensitive lang ilong ko? 😂 2. There is no pail and dipper. 3. There are utensils but there is no knife. Maybe it's for safety purposes but there could've been at least a small knife para panghiwa lang ng luncheon meat. Hihi All is good naman. These are just small feedback.

Super accessible sa mga nearby places like twin lakes, bag of beans, etc. The place was quiet. The rest of the features and/or amenities are good.

Wifi connection. Noticed na smartbro ung gamit nila na homewifi. Suggesting to switch to other networks like globe homewifi or DITO instead? Upon checking the speedtests, medyo malakas ung coverage ng globe.

Location and that the room has 2 toilet

The security guard of the place was not friendly and we happen to be tired already when we arrived and so some misunderstanding occurred.

Maximized bed space for the room; shampoo and soap in the showers, TVs in the room; quaint places to explore; complete kitchenware; owner was responsive, as well as the staff

A bath mat would be nice since the toilet is so close to the shower. Minor issue also - had to figure out how the faucet/shower connection worked. Wifi wasn't working. Generally clean but could use some dusting in corners.

Nice and clean room, towels and bedsheet smells good and very neat.. kitchen appliances are perfectly working.. the lady who assisted us when we arrived is very nice and accommodating..

Could add some toiletries kit with toothbrush and toothpaste and tiny stuff☺️☺️ though the bathroom has soap and shampoo bottles so i think its ok..☺️☺️

The ambiance of the whole compound and the presence of restaurants inside it.

No trash bins per floor. Suggestion: place two or three per floor for trash segregation and disposal instead of these being placed outside the hallways of each unit.

If you are looking for some soulful and very calming place, this is it. This place helps our mind to relax after a week of stress and work. Will come back and might stay a little longer.

what I only noticed was the swimming pool for the residential building. it is too small. if you want to relax at the swimming pool you might go there super early.

I like the ambiance of the room though it's a studio unit but everything is complete and clean.
