Rooms, hallways, elevators were incredibly clean! Staff was super informative and helpful about what they offer their guests and were quick to respond when asked for anything such as clean towels. Restaurants attached to property, parking garage, stores, and in el centro.

I honestly have no complaints other than the tv. It was super small, and out dated with cable channels. We couldn’t watch anything on it. Luckily I had my own device, but it’s just a tablet. So I think if they’re able to upgrade to smart TV’s with Netflix and hbo max apps, that would be a good investment!

1st night, Horrible. Loud music til 3am and no AC. Did no sleep all night. After my complain, I was moved to a much nicer, quiet room but of corse, much more expensive. Inasmuch as I had originally requested a nice comfortable room. Breakfast, dinner were great, great service and facilities clean.

They knew about it he noise as there is a night club Nextdoor, and knew there was no AC in that 4th floor, they knew we were elders and had traveled all day and they had open rooms with zAC and far from the noise. They should have been more considerate w/o me having to complain. All was good after we changed tooms

I have stayed there a few times over the years, it was probably the highest I’ve ever payed for a stay, and the size of the room, too small for 3 people. It was probably your site.

Location great—in the centro and next to the event I was attending. Room was clean, and had large, comfortable bed. Room had air conditioning which isn’t found everywhere. Staff hospitable. Free parking for guests on-site which was very secure. Did not try restaurants, but they had two on property, and lots of choices nearby.

Classic, unique hotel with some updates, but still keeping its original charm. Very clean and friendly helpful staff.

Nothing to dislike , but amenities such as a mini fridge in room and some bathroom upgrades would be great.

Very close to everything

I didn’t like the noise’ make sure you don’t get a room close to the center. Other than that it’s very convinient and close to everything. You could walk to the parque nacional.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff were wonderful and very welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect. I plan to stay here and recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

Centrally located and clean with good staff

The front facing units are extremely loud. Had to move. They were pounding on the roof a bit too early. Seems like some type of construction.
