We loved that there was a lot of space for a family. It was well set up with a drying rack outside for your wet swimmers. It had a hose to wash all the sand off your feet and rinse your swimwear right outside your villa. The free shuttle to the beach and town was amazing. So convenient. Because of the shuttle it didn't matter that the villa was slightly out of town. Because it was out of town it made it so quiet and peaceful. The pool was well set up for kids with floaties, toys and towels.

Liked it all. Maybe put some plastic bowls or plates in the kitchen. Kids love to drop things haha.

Pool area was nice, sufficient beds with shade and there were lots of floats, snorkeling gear and balls to entertain the kids. The twin bedroom villa was a good size for a family of four, especially with two bathrooms. The free shuttle to and from Ao Nang was really useful and easy to arrange via WhatsApp, and the staff were very friendly. The laundry service was good value. The out of town location meant it was very quiet, yet we were still able to be collected from the villas for various excursions. The air conditioning units worked well to keep the bedrooms cool.

The lack of a shop or restaurant on site (or close enoigh to walk to) was really the only major down side, requiring a little planning and thinking ahead to ensure we had food for breakfast. The pool area could have had a little more atmosphere if there was music played or the small bar was staffed. The kitchenette was limited but functional, with a hot plate, microwave, kettle and fridge.

The free shuttle was amazing - you could just order them like a taxi anywhere to and from Ao Nang and they were quick. All questions were answered quickly. The pool area was nice and clean with pool towels. 2 vending machines with very reasonable prices (there were diapers, drinks, snacks etc). A nice playground for the kids. Our villa had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which was good for our family of 5. Simple basic kitchen but you can cook some meals. Quiet AC. The location was great because it was very quiet but max 10 min to Ao Nang with the shuttle.

One of the bathrooms had a drainage issue I think (if you used the sink the shower started bubbling) but other than that everything was great!

Everything. Initially I was thinking it was a bit far from the beach, but they have shuttle service till 9pm, which suited me well, and it turned out better than staying near the beach. As the Ao Nang beach area is long, if I stayed near beach, I might have spent more time walking between Night market and the beach. But the shuttle service drops you either to night market or beach, if you can plan a bit, it works out better, unless for a person who wants to stay late in the beach area. Everything else about the property is top class, the behavior, room size, pool, pool timing.

Awesome villas-hotel in Krabi! We had a great experience with our 2 kids, relaxing in the villa and the pool. The wonderful and welcoming owner managed to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere - it feels remote while still being so close to the city and the beach! And with free transportation to and from the city (10-15 minutes away) it's very easy to experience Krabi with all its wonders... There is 24/7 pool which is great, and we got help and assistance from the kind staff (including booking tours, laundry, driver to the airport, etc) whenever we needed. We'll definitely come back! מומלץ בחום, אחלה אווירה מחוץ לעיר הרועשת אבל ממש קרוב ונגיש!

A very cozy and nice hotel is located away from noisy streets and highways, which makes the place truly peaceful. We managed to relax here and disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Perhaps one of the few places in our trip where we really managed to do this as naturally as possible and did not require any effort from us to achieve the goal of our vacation. For a while, there was even a feeling of home away from home, which was partly due to the well-thought-out atmosphere of the house, partly due to the unobtrusive high-quality service: excellent daily cleaning, convenient transfer to the beach, friendly reception open 24 hours a day, kid’s friendly spaces, clean pool, green area, food delivery avalible during all the day by grab or foodpanda. So from my opinion this one hotel could be strong recomended for families with kids and all ages couples who want to spend quiet cozy time alone with each other.

We were caught in a light warm rain when we returned from the massage, but it was not a big problem, even a small adventure.

The Villa was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very helpful and kind. The general manager offered excellent recommendations for places to eat and to get massages. And we really liked the convenience of the free shuttle service to places in Ao Nang—an important part of my review!

It was near to everything by shuttle, but I wish there was a convenience store, such as a 7-11, within walking distance.

The family villa with 3 BD, 3 BTH was very spacious and pool was regularly cleaned and garden was watered during our stay. The view was incredible but I imagine not all villas would have the same view.

A bit away from the beach and night market but free on demand shuttle service from 9am-9pm. No food around. Wish there was a restaurant on site. Couldn't order multiple items at vending machine, had to charge every item and sometimes the machine didn't work.

I recently stayed at the Lux Family Villa in Ao Nang, Krabi, and it was an unforgettable experience. Cleaness; staff and mainly presence of the General manager who was always available to help Facility (pool, 3 individual rooms w/ big bathrooms) Working AC Available pool towels and water bottles replenished into fridge daily. Ideal for family/ 3 couples.. (financially the most efficient)

Property is not in the same condition as can be seen in the promo photos.. but this doesn’t male your stay worse; just comment/perception of european guy. Location suppose to be way better for those who rent a car..
