A very pleasant surprise in Krabi. In a quiet street, away from the beach, with the benefit of night and morning peace. Spacious furnished villas with daily maintenance and cleaning, as well as water replenishment. A major advantage, which I would highlight more in communication, is the free hotel shuttle to the beach – it saves you a lot of time, waiting, and extra expenses, and very nicely compensates for the distance from the sea. The staff are always smiling and ready to help. All services, including tours and laundry, are available directly at the reception.

Property was fantastic. Ivan and staff all so helpful! Everything so clean. Daily cleaning and water provided. Shuttle bus was not a trouble at all and so easy to organise. Not a problem to drop off and pick up from Makro for supplies. Front desk staff were unbelievable and organised everything for us so easily. Easy to organise grab for food delivery/etc if needed. Reception cat was a hit with my young daughter 😂 Would 100% stay again. Thanks so much to lux family villas for such a good stay.

Pool in villa was too hot - bordering on not refreshing but if you like a warm pool this would be a positive!

We recently enjoyed our third stay at Lux Family Villas last week, and it continues to be a wonderful experience for our family. The villa offers a quiet and homely ambiance, creating a relaxing retreat for us all. My boys absolutely love staying here, and it has become a cherished destination for our family vacations. The pool is impeccably clean, providing a refreshing and enjoyable space for the kids to play. The rooms and the entire villa are equally well-maintained, with every corner spotlessly clean, reflecting the high standards of upkeep. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for their exceptional service, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. We look forward to returning to Lux Family Villas for future visits, as it consistently delivers a delightful and welcoming experience.

We stayed for four nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The room and pool were both very comfortable, but what stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. For our anniversary, they kindly recommended a lovely restaurant and even helped us with the reservation, which made the occasion extra special. The complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach and the night market was incredibly convenient—we never had to worry about using Grab or taxis. We were also able to book a Phi Phi Island tour at a great price directly through the front desk, which was smooth and hassle-free. It was a perfect holiday with absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking to relax and unwind away from the crowds.

We loved that there was a lot of space for a family. It was well set up with a drying rack outside for your wet swimmers. It had a hose to wash all the sand off your feet and rinse your swimwear right outside your villa. The free shuttle to the beach and town was amazing. So convenient. Because of the shuttle it didn't matter that the villa was slightly out of town. Because it was out of town it made it so quiet and peaceful. The pool was well set up for kids with floaties, toys and towels.

Liked it all. Maybe put some plastic bowls or plates in the kitchen. Kids love to drop things haha.

Pool area was nice, sufficient beds with shade and there were lots of floats, snorkeling gear and balls to entertain the kids. The twin bedroom villa was a good size for a family of four, especially with two bathrooms. The free shuttle to and from Ao Nang was really useful and easy to arrange via WhatsApp, and the staff were very friendly. The laundry service was good value. The out of town location meant it was very quiet, yet we were still able to be collected from the villas for various excursions. The air conditioning units worked well to keep the bedrooms cool.

The lack of a shop or restaurant on site (or close enoigh to walk to) was really the only major down side, requiring a little planning and thinking ahead to ensure we had food for breakfast. The pool area could have had a little more atmosphere if there was music played or the small bar was staffed. The kitchenette was limited but functional, with a hot plate, microwave, kettle and fridge.

Great facilities and villa. The pool was great and there were some vending machines around with food basics (and beer!) so you didn't need to leave the location for small things. The rooms were spacious and there was A/C in each bedroom. Both bedrooms had their own ensuites as well which made things a lot more comfortable. Cleaners came each day and kept the place in great standard. The villas are about 3km or so from the main beach in Ao Nang. The free shuttle provided was amazing and we never had to wait too much to get to, or back from Ao Nang town. They have two main drop off/pick up spots- one on the southern end of the beach, and the other at the night markets. If you are getting a Grab for food or transport, just make sure to add the exact address in there- the GPS location the drivers get is just a little off, but with the roads it's takes a bit of backtracking and going around to get to the right spot (which can be stressful if you are running late for anything).

The villa was well-furnished, with stylish and modern decor, and the equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals conveniently. The private pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean linen that added to the overall sense of luxury. The front desk staff, especially Bee, was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The manager, Ivan, was efficient and ensured all our needs were met promptly. I highly recommend Lux Family Villa for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The facilities are roomy and very comfortable. The pool is nice. The area is quiet. The shuttle service is excellent and you don't have to wait very long at all to get dropped off or picked up. The last shuttle is at 2130 I think so if you are planning a late one take that into account. The last day we were there we had a late flight and we were able to leave our bags in the reception area and they kindly dropped us to Ao nang and picked us up to get the bags also. Nice shower and very comfortable beds. Nice to have a kitchen to prepare food. They even offered to take us to the supermarket to pick up supplies. They have breakfast things in their vending machine if you are desperate. The owner gave us a good restaurant recommendation in Ao Nang.

We asked for a pick up from Ao nam Mao as we were coming from a stay in Railay beach. But due to a miscommunication they were waiting at the other dock. We didn't know there was 2 docks. There appears to be the long boat dock and the speed boat dock. So we had a bit of waiting till we met up with the driver. This trip cost 500 baht and I think it would have been cheaper or the same to just organise it from the office at the dock without the waiting.

Everything. Initially I was thinking it was a bit far from the beach, but they have shuttle service till 9pm, which suited me well, and it turned out better than staying near the beach. As the Ao Nang beach area is long, if I stayed near beach, I might have spent more time walking between Night market and the beach. But the shuttle service drops you either to night market or beach, if you can plan a bit, it works out better, unless for a person who wants to stay late in the beach area. Everything else about the property is top class, the behavior, room size, pool, pool timing.
