Hotel was very clean. Valet parking was great and staff was helpful and friendly. We got to see Dolphins right outside our hotel window on the last day . Lots of local stores near by ! We loved it and the heated pool was a plus

Location is just PERFECT! Walking distance from several restaurants, drugstores, convenience store...but most important: IT'S JUST 30 STEPS FROM THE BEACH!

Breakfast. Although it's free, it has a poor quality, so I wouldn't expect that charging for something like that would be correct. The staff is not nice. They are very impatient, making eyes when you request something simple. Cleaning ladies are super nice, though. The problem is the people on front desk.

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast from 6:30 till 9 am. Your usual fare. Pool is heated has 24 loungers and some pool furniture.Hot tub is hot but small. Room and bathroom was spacious. No bar soap all liquid hanging on the walls. You can get the USA Today daily no charge. Hallways have murals of Pacific Beach area. There are many restaurants,grills,bars within easy walking distance. Closets are small. Room has small refrigerator,safe,iron,ironing board. Also, has a Keurig coffee maker.

Location was excellent, hotel is right on next to the boardwalk and steps away from the beach. I enjoyed the breakfast and the room hotel had lovely beach-themed decor. Excellent surrounding restaurants within walking distance.

We paid the daily fee for parking. It was gated so we felt safe parking the car. Unfortunately most of the spaces were compact and had large pillars every 2-3 spaces which made parking a large SUV challenging. I would give the hotel a higher rating if not for the parking. There is also some humming that comes from the minifridge and sometimes we would feel vibrations from the hotel's laundry service but it impede us from getting rest.

Loved the location! Not far from the airport, lovely ocean views, within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Loved the fact they had beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice. We got there early and was able to park and leave our things until our room was ready. That was very helpful.

Some homeless people sleeping right near our patio. Fortunately there was a locked barrier in between and I realize they can't do much about that. However, we never felt unsafe. Breakfast was so so. Adequate. Our shower needed a good cleaning. There was hair all around the drain.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. We loved that the beach was right outside our door, the ocean smell and the sounds all added to our enjoyment. The staff was very friendly and nice. This was a little get away for our 40th wedding anniversary and though we live locally, it felt like we were far away.

The breakfast was good, but the eggs were a little cold, as well as the hash browns. Also, while we understand parking is a premium at PB, the extra $35 a day, is a little bit of a negative. It would be nice if you're paying so much per night to have parking thrown in, but again, we certainly understand.

Super friendly staff, especially the front desk with answering questions of the wed night protestors at shore club. towels provided for the pool were nice, if a bit tiny as it took 3 to cover a recliner.

Location: While it is a positive to be centrally located, it is also very noisy until late at night. Bed: It was a bit hard, but found that the sheets were not very soft. Breakfast: some cheese would be great for topping. Coffee is terrible, the k cups in the room were better. Your lucky charms labeled cereal isn't lucky charms. Hasbrowns were dense and dry. I liked the mini-waffle maker.

Loved being right on the boardwalk and the room was very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed exceptionally comfortable and supportive. Enjoyed the patio. It was also so close to anything you could want to eat. I loved getting up every morning to walk on the beach early. So peaceful

In the center of PB means a ton of nightclubs. So kind of loud if you are looking for solitude. But great if you want access to everything. The hotel does provide earplugs if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep. Wish the bath had a fan. But those are nitpicky. Would totally recommend.

Hotel was great. ROOM: The patio doors were difficult to operate and could use fine tuning. HOTEL: Breakfast at hotel was simple but the same for all 5 days. BEACH: Fantastic - the reason why we chose to stay here. LOCATION: Pacific Beach is amazing. Lots of places to eat and drink and shop. Weekend: It was labor day weekend and the place was busy and hopping. Super fun!

More variety in the breakfast since it is offered. It was always the powder egg scrambled, thinly sliced and crispy bacon, Sausages, Make-your-own waffle, Toast selection, bagel options, muffin options. granola. kids yogurt, Took 3 days to find the whole apple and whole oranges on top of the butter and yogurt We started eating breakfast out after day 3 as our bodies and mind we got bored with the selection.

We loved the location right on the beach close to the most popular sections of the Pacific Beach/Mission Beach boardwalk. Lots of restaurants to walk to. The hotel rents bikes and we enjoyed using their cruisers to bike south down to Sunset Cliffs- a fun several hours. The balcony we had was located on the Northeast corner and was a pleasant spot overlooking the pool and with a partial ocean view.

The breakfast is available to everyone which is nice but the selection of fruit is limited to apples and oranges. Coffee creamer is limited to the off tasting powder. scrambled eggs served everyday but quite tasteless. Can make waffles and have dried cereal plus sausage or bacon. So basic with no frills.
