the staff was amazing! The front desk crew, cleaning staff and everyone onsite was super friendly and caring. We asked for a room with tables out front and they moved us right away. The cleaning crew grabbed my wifes robe by mistake and they went back to the laundry room, found it in the pile, cleaned it for us and returned it on a hanger. Great customer service.

Our only complaint was the floor was very dirty. Our )baby crawled around for just a few minutes and was covered in black grim. Same with our feet. Please clean (or even replace) the carpets and this place would be Steller.

We came here as a bit of an emergency as the Airbnb we had originally booked was not what we had expected..we weren't disappointed.the room was large clean and comfortable with a fridge and coffee making machine located in a large cupboard/wardrobe ..ideal for storing cases..the ladies at reception and throughout the Inn were lovely..polite and helpful..the guys were busy keeping the out side clean and tidy and taking care of the lovely plants..

The pool definitely needs an update although the water was crystal clear and the building itself needs a good lick of paint to brighten it up..I assume this may be difficult as it's clearly a favourite if those staying there as it's near the beach.

Great location, walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Pet fee is very reasonable compared to other hotels.

Carpet in room is dirty. Our feet were black after walking around the room barefoot. Recommend removal of carpet, tile is much easier to keep clean especially by the beach. There were 4 of us and we were only given one washcloth and three hand towels. After speaking with the front desk housekeeping arrived quickly with bath towels, washcloths, etc...

From the outside the hotel looks like a simple Inn, we were very surprised of the room, it looks bigger and way more modern than in pictures, looks recently renovated. We only had to walk 3min from our room to be on the beach, location was perfect!

We were on the lower level, a family was staying above us and we could hear the kids running around. If you want to sleep in, you may want to request a room on the second floor to avoid any possible noises.

I loved the location. The hotel has been updated and it is in a great area. It is just a short walk to enjoy restaurants and the beach is one block over from the hotel.

I don't have much to complain about to be honest. It was a clean hotel with friendly staff and the rooms are nice. I've stayed here prior and have had different rooms so some I prefer over others just based on view but overall a great experience and I plan to go back.

Clean room, very comfy beds. Room had fully stocked kitchen. Table and chairs outside room.Great location, short walk to ocean then steps down to beach. Walk to stores, restaurants Housekeeping staff extremely efficient. Friendly front desk staff.

No ocean view from hotel. No dish towels or paper towels. Had to ask housekeepers for bath towels.

I've stayed here several times now. This time was great. My room was ready when I checked in. It was clean and everything in the room worked. I mainly stay here for the location but I really enjoyed my stay in the room this time. The location is very close to the beach and near several places to eat or get something to drink.

I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay.

This is the 2nd year in a row that we've stayed here. location is great, nice rooms (some of them) little walk to food and shops. Next to mission Beach which isn't a bad thing

Parking can be a little hard. The air conditioning in our room this year didn't work, but the other 2 rooms we had did. Our room this year was "not the cleanest" but was fine. Also no hot tub which would have been nice

Location is spectacular, staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Shower was very nice.

The room was fairly simple, and the floor-level opening onto a parking lot made it unfavorable to open the windows. That said, the location more than made up for it.
