We stayed at this hotel with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally comfortable — top-notch in every way — making it easy to relax and feel at home. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient transfer service to Copper Beach, just a quick 5–6 minute drive away. The hotel provides beach chairs and an umbrella, all easily transported on the micro-bus. It made beach days incredibly smooth and stress-free. The entire experience was seamless, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Wonderful facilities that were well kept and were put to good use throughout our visit. The property is very well located in town and is a short walk to retail, restaurants, and local parks. One great feature is the shuttle bus to the nearby Coopers Beach, which was amazing! They also hire beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for kids from the Inn reception. The staff were very happy to assist!

We didn’t try the restaurant, as the menu did not appear tailored to kids fussy needs! Can’t fault anything about our stay overall.

The location was the best part; very close to downtown Southampton, and the 5-minute free shuttle was perfect for beach access. The hotel was charming and the staff really nice and helpful. The nice shady pool area and garden made the hot afternoons really comfortable too! Of course, the rooms were clean and modern, so we were very happy with our stay and would recommend Southampton Inn to anyone.

The concrete sidewalks outside the hotel could use some repair. Also, we’re not fans of wall-to-wall carpeting in stairwells and hotel rooms; which is hard to keep completely clean over time.

Loved the location, bike rental was something that we wanted and it was perfect to go to Coopers Beach. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Lovely outdoor seating. Clean and staff was friendly.

I have stayed at many places in Southampton. This place was great. Parking right out front. Rooms are large bright and clean. Bathroom is a good size. Beds very comfortable and nice bedding. Water and coffee maker. Toiletries. Lobby with fireplace and staff very friendly. Walking distance to everything in Southampton. It was a pleasure.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and super comfy bed. Overall a very nice stay.

The staff was a bit unfriendly upon checking in, asking all sorts about our car and making us go out to the parking to check the plate number (it was freezing and the car park empty).

The amenities. Price fix dinner menu, shuttle to beach, pool, Adirondack chairs, very clean, friendly service.

No complimentary coffee or tea in public space. Coffee machine in room is not good for tea drinkers. Would have loved steeped tea with real milk. Went to local deli for early morning tea before heading out for early morning walk.

It was spacious and clean. Short walk to dinner. Happy to have only a 1-night minimum. The hotel more than met our needs.

Not as many amenities available since it was the off-season. Too far of a walk to the beach. It was a bit pricey for the off-season.

We liked the room, and easy access to it. The common area is big and inviting. Outdoor space is beautiful. Location is close to stores and restaurants.

Every time someone came in to the building and let the door closed behind them, there was a loud noise.

I liked everything. The location was excellent and the room was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. The facilities were really good.. the game’s room for the children was a big hit, as were the outdoor games.. the complimentary Wi-Fi was excellent, staff extremely helpful. I’d definitely recommend the Southampton Inn to friends and family.
