The room was wonderful. Spacious and very well appointed with toiletries and robes. Great light in the room too.

There was no restaurant in the complex as advertised when we booked. Also, breakfast was very scant. We could have walked over to the hotel across the road for a better selection, but we didn't want to trudge across there in the rain.

It was very stylish and modern with a large bedroom and very nice bathroom. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly.

Would have liked more of a selection for the breakfast items available.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. We arrived a little early but they checked and the room was ready so they let us check in early. All of the staff was friendly, sincere and helpful.

Good location, very good room, clean, comfortable and modern. Good parking.

Due to the date, there was no dining room set up for breakfast. we had to take it in the hotel lobby, which despite the good disposition of the staff, did not turn out to be a comfortable place. Another option was to have breakfast at a hotel owned by the same owner located across the street, but we were not told that at check-in.

Amazing experience as far as cleanliness, facility, location, STAFF! Special shoutout to Danielle for being an absolute gem with helping us that day!

I made a last minute stay at the Preston due to an unexpected family situation. I have stayed at many Hotels and The Preston exceeded my expectations more than I can explain. From the moment I walked in it was greeted by amazing Staff and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing other than exceptional. I look forward to booking again very soon.
