The bartenders were great. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Loved the silky sheets.

We were initially put in a small room on a side of the hotel with no one else, and a gross view of the roof. I asked to be switched and the room was bigger (or felt bigger) and the view was of a parking lot with trees which was much better. Not sure why anyone would put up with the first room we were put in. It was depressing.

Very grand colonial style. Very pleasant grounds - trees, lush grass, bushes..Roomy room. The bar had a good enough menu for our purposes. Not overcrowded on week nights. Staff very helpful.

Local breakfast place was shut and no alternative except at weekend. More seats among grounds would be nice. Very geared up for weddings & functions but not so much for holiday makers and leisure guests.

Attractive building with beautiful, well-kept grounds. Food and drinks at Desmonds were excellent. The nearby Shoppes are a lovely area to stroll around just steps from the inn. Second floor room was very quiet.

Indoor pool was a comfortable temperature however it closes too early at 8pm. Instructions in the room for adjusting room temp were confusing. A small fridge should be standard in all rooms.

Wonderful hotel and spa to visit. Ambience was stunning! Staff was exceptional and very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and cozy. Sunday brunch was 5star delicious Spa treatments wonderful with rejuvenating steam room and sauna. Hope to visit again!

Good compromise to visit the Hamptons, as soon as you have a car. There are good restaurants in the hotel area, which are not expensive and quite good. The staff is excellent. Pool is good too, but not very big. Enough to have a good rest. Of course, it's not the most modern hotel we've had, but it's well maintained. I would recommand it for sure.

The shower head was to high to reach to adjust, the blinds allowed light in even when closed, not enough sitting furniture, no luggage stand, no breakfast/food/restaurant, the pool did not look clean, felt desolate during the week/hardly anyone to be seen, no access to a water bottle at the machines or in the room, toilette paper holder broken, mat in tub looked old/stained, carpet had a huge stain/spill, etc, can’t remember at this time, but other things.

Staff were not particularly responsive. Check in and check out took a long time and certainly were not welcoming.

Didn’t have breakfast. Front desk very kind and helpful. Walked to shops, bought a bottle of wine and received a discount.

The drapes didn’t have the ability to close and the blinds allowed sun to come in and wake me up. Only one bar of soap which had to be moved back and forth between sink and shower.

the stores were close by. the spa was great and the pool was amazing. so warm! there was plenty of parking. the room was very affordable. you got a lot of room for the price.

the hotel was a bit hard to navigate. the front desks abilities were a big variable. while the room was affordable the restaurants near by were expensive. also the room did not have a mini fridge

The Inn is beautiful and the room was very nice. It was clean and convenient to get to easily. The spa was great and the shoppes were so nice.

The restaurant Desmonds was so disappointing. We learned immediately that there was no Montauk beer or mussels for an appetizer. Then we ordered baked clams and we were told they just ran out. The London Broil was a little chewy. The chicken noodle soup, which we settled for because the other apps were not available, was thick and more like chicken pot pie. Service was very slow.
