Staff was incredibly friendly, specifically day Stephen and night Stephen, as were the guests that we interacted with. The breakfast had a good selection, the bagels were AMAZING. The room was big, it was clean, and well stocked. The kitchen area was clean and the cookware provided looked brand new.

The pull-out mattress on the sofa bed was awful, the worst I’ve ever seen. It was incredibly thin, you could feel the support bars underneath, the springs on it were poking out. The pillows were clearly well used, flat as pancakes, I went out and purchased my own so that I could sleep. I requested a vacuum for the room, it never arrived.

The location was beautiful very close to everything that I needed to get to family wise. My daughter and myself had a very comfortable stay, and I love the feeling of the bed.

The hot tub was not working for my stay, and I was very much looking forward to that. There was no bacon served on the menu. My daughter and myself do not eat sausage. The eggs did not taste very good in quality. The fire pit section was not going. I understand the grill was shut down for the season until it opens, but the fire pit should have been going with the very decent temperatures plus it’s a fire pit. It should be used in spring and fall

The full kitchen, including an oven. The size of the room and cleanliness. The staff, especially Steven, Betty, and Christine, were great. Room was quiet. I was able to get much needed rest after a spine procedure.

The coffee had a little bit of an odd flavor, and I usually can drink any and all coffee black. This just tasted off. But really, if the coffee is the only constructive criticism I had, then the hotel is amazing.

I liked how spacious the room was. Felt great to be able to spread my wings a bit.

I wold have liked a little more variety for breakfast. Even though it was a slight miracle you offered any alternatives, more vegan and gluten-free items would have made the stay perfect. It's hard to find both. Brands like Beyond meat have great options. Also a bit out of the way so a trolly or van service would have been ideal. Also got charged for a car parked there all three days which I didn't have. wait to see if refund goes through.

The property was clean, rooms were design like an apartment, and the bed/pillows super soft. They have a lot of options for breakfast and there were healthy options. The breakfast area was very clean & neat.

I had a room that connect to another room which was a little weird. The breakfast starting time wasn’t accurate, they were 30 minutes late on one day.

I loved everything !!! The room was beautiful, Apartment style with a full kitchen. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast options were fantastic and delicious. And the pet friendly atmosphere took all the stress out of traveling with them.

Breakfast was good - nice bagels, good coffee, waffles etc. Scrambled eggs ehhh. Rooms was nice and big and great that it had a kitchen

Bit more half and half and sugar should be left - it was so limited for tea / coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good except for scrambled eggs

The room was very nice clean and spacious. The beds were so comfortable that we all overslept and missed the breakfast. The room felt like home. The shower had great water pressure. Also like the fact that they supplied hand pumps for shampoo conditioner and body wash what a great idea! I didn't have to pack all my little trial size bottles.

I miss the hair dryers I did not pack one

The bathtub was slippery. I am not sure why. The $30 parking fee seems ridiculous. People pay to sleep at the hotel and then you throw a $30 parking fee. Get rid of that…

When i booked it read 530sq ft but it didnt seem like it plua the door was open and unable to close for the boiler area. Was charged for parking🤔 No fireplace was on the 1st floor living area.
