Very clean, rooms were spacious, breakfast was plentiful and fresh.

The ice machines on every floor were out of order. There was a sign that said it was available at the front desk. While that was true, the staff were less than pleased to assist with ice each morning. Some were just clearly frustrated considering there was an entire baseball team looking to get ice, which I completely understand how overwhelming that could be. However some staff were just absolutely rude about it and even ignored me once as if I wasn’t asking at all. Very unfortunate because the stay was wonderful outside of that.

The employees were exceptional. Room was quiet and comfortable. The evening host was an absolute joy to talk to.

The breakfast and cost were the only reason the hotel didn’t get the highest ratings. For the cost for our 2 night stay was. More then 4 of our last hotels on our cross country trip to see our son and his family. The other reason for lowering the score was for the money spent breakfast looked great but it turned out to be cold both mornings. We were down for breakfast early both mornings which made it more troubling that sausage was cold and like a brick.

Easy to find and well located for our visits in the Hamptons Quiet and safe area, comfortable and very clean hotel, large rooms (just: it was difficult to manage the AC but someone came immediately), excellent breakfast with lots of choices Super friendly helpful staff, specially the lady working on Thursday Morning August 15th: we first left the hotel to drive to Virginia but our Waze was not working so we came back to the hotel and she helped us with directions and printed the whole directions for us and we made it without Waze!!!

the property is located in a light industrial area away from noisy freeways. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a King suite which included a king bed as well as a sofa with a pull out bed. We arrived on an early flight at JFK 7am and drove straight to the property to drop our bags. Upon arrival, we were told that our room was available to check in! and they even offered us the breakfast in their lobby dining area. We were so grateful to get to check in after taking a red-eye flight. The staff (and especially the manager) were exceptionally friendly. We would definitely recommend this place

It’s located a minute away from the self storage we rented for my daughter’s back to school dorm stuff. So it’s very convenient for us, hotel is very clean, safe, comfortable , Roni is an excellent receptionist , keep it up ! Great breakfast selections , esp the biscuits and sausages ,

some permanent stains on their vanity mirror on room 233 which is very minor , I informed the front desk

The breakfast was good. The room was adequate for only a few nights. Good size. I liked the desk and the fact that you could turn the TV to watch whether you were in bed, or sitting at the desk or on the sofa. It was very close to my niece's house and also many parks in the area. The people at the desk were very helpful.

We were looking forward to using the indoor pool, especially since the weather wasn't great. But when we got there we found out the pool had been out of operation for the past 6 months. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a discount on the room since I explained that we paid more for a room with a swimming pool. The final price was comparable with other hotels in the area with no pool. The mini fridge is very small, but just for a few days it was fine.

I loved everything about this hotel!. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Hotel lobby was clean & smelled good. The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable & bathroom facilities were nice. There was a little strip mall & restaurants just 4 minutes away. Breakfast was very good & was replenished in a timely manner. I can go on & on. It was perfect!!

I felt like it was off the beaten path. You can easily miss this gem of a hotel if you're not good with directions.

The room was comfortable and clean. Clean towels, clean bed sheets and comfy beds. Good range of TV programs. The staff was nice, I was happy breakfast was provided. The location was good, easy to find. Also the reservation was done online one day in advance, it was an easy process and I got an e-mails with my booking confirmation.

1) I did not like that breakfast was only till 9am, it is king of early especially when you are on vacation and traveling with kids and everybody wants to sleep a little longer (breakfast till 10am would be prefect). 2) During breakfast no hot (boiling) water available, only warm water in the pot. No lemon for tea available and no flavor creamer for coffee (for example hazelnut). 3) I wish it was hot water for tea and hot coffee available 24/7. At 8pm I wanted to make some tea and the water provided in the lobby was cold. The receptionist brought some hot water from the back office for me. No hot coffee available either at that time.

When I got there I requested a room 1 hour earlier.... I am a amputee and when I got there my room wasn't ready.... they put me in a room that wasn't wheelchair accessible.... it had a shower and I can't stand in one.... Also the room was so small I couldn't move my wheelchair to get in the closet... finally when a room was ready I was transferred to a better room. The lady who put me in that room forgot that I was to be switched.... so I spoke with a great rep... who changed my room hours later... but he took care of the switch.... His name was John ....

Staff (Tom, Yamilka, Saliya) were very friendly, professional. They did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice, peaceful location, close to shopping & highway. We also liked the price! Will return in the near future.

Bathroom: There was no place to hang towels & wash cloths. There was only a double hook in room where shower was but was unusable, the towels would slip off. The bathroom mirror made the bathroom extremely dim. Actually, the whole room was way too dim. Furnishing: The sofa has seen better days, also had stains on it. Only 1 night table. The desk size was nice for 2 people to work, but only 1 chair so 1 of us had to view Zoom from the sofa,
