It’s clean, new, had a lot of Christmas decorations. We often stay here at Christmas time. The location is good. I think this is the first time we ordered off the new lunch and dinner menus. The salads were very good. The roasted chicken with mashed potatoes and greens beans was excellent. We loved the hot cocoa station! It was delicious and so much nicer than the packages of hot cocoa. A nice touch for the holidays. I liked Lauren very much. She was professional and I felt that she really wanted us to be comfortable. She made us feel welcome.

Very noisy people in the next room with several kids. Sounded like they were outing off the wall and screaming. This was adequately addressed by Lauren at the desk and security. The coffee leaves a lot to be desired. I missed having the flavored creamers as well.

The beds just aren’t very comfortable, the pillows far too flat. We travel with our profoundly autistic son and it was rough that we couldn’t get his favorite show on the tv. Made his time a lot more difficult, but, we can fix this in the future, so not a huge deal. But the beds and the pillows were just so uncomfortable.

very convenient for campus activities. easy parking. nice (small) indoor swimming pool and hot tub. room with fridge and microwave. cutesy morning coffee in lobby. on site reasonable plus tasty breakfast and dinner plus weekdays lunch.

they woukd not refiöund breakfast vouchers we did not need. buying them on location same price (18 $ + tax?)

Nice suite, very comfortable. The restaurant was very good - we had breakfast, as well as an excellent lunch (tacos) and some wine and appetizers one evening. Very handy having such a good restaurant in the hotel.

There were only a couple paper coffee cups in the room. It would have been nice to have some other type of cup for the bathroom. The other issue for us was the heating/AC system. The room was so cold, so we shut off the AC, but the fan continued to run - there was no way to shut it off. It was noisy, and blew right on me in bed. Of course, that's the system they have.

The location was convenient to Stoneybrook University visit, it's on the campus! the hotel was clean, and accommodations were nice. there is a restaurant and bar in hotel which is great. The pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing.

We actually got a call complaining our TV was too loud around 9PM, I didn't believe that it could be us but evidently our neighbor complained... There were many wedding guests staying in the hotel much louder and drunk.

check-in staff very helpful location and place is good environment and room very nice the alley smell so good breakfast also good but i need salad for breakfast we have lunch there, the food also good

i am very disappointed with the varian for breakfast is too little, and no salad or vegetable at all i also need water to drink BUT they give ONLY 2 bottle for 3 night stay there, unbelieveable for very expensive price, also the young female staff who give the answer very RUDE and ARROGANT.

Great location friendly staff

We stayed for 3 nights but room wasn't cleaned so had to use the same towels for 3 days. Not a huge issue but would have been nice to get fresh towels

It is sad such a new place already has elevator floor display on the 6th floor that is missing the right two verticals of display, So a 6 looks like an E, etc. I wish there was more explanation about putting your room key into the slot in the to go turn the power on.

Nice lobby, good parking for large vehicles. Everything was pretty decent about the hotel. 2nd time here, and i plan on booking this hotel for many many more years first weekend of march.

Tv could use updating/ better tv channels. I travel alot and this was mid level or lower in terms of strictly the tv/channels.
