It was a total accident staying at this hotel. Our JetBlue flight cancelled out of JFK and the only alternative was to rebook from Islip airport the following day. All I can say is I wish we had booked this hotel instead of Times Square where we stayed initially. This hotel and the professionalism of the staff, restored our faith in NYC. We’re already planning to come back and stay.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I liked the size of the rooms and the comfort of the rooms. The modern design was appealing and the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was great amenities and the pool area was clean and stocked with plenty of towels.

I didn’t like that the price for parking was not included with the room charge. I also did not like that there was no continental breakfast options. The prices for the convenience store on premise could have been cheaper and had more of a variety.

The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly, and rooms clean, and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was included in my rate with 4 occupants, but only included 2 Breakfast meals and we had to pay for the other two.

It was very clean and the staff was very helpful whenever I need something. Also I love that the t.v had other’s connection of Netflix and prime video not just the cable and that’s something you don’t find in other hotels. I love everything about this hotel, it has everything you needed the pool, jacuzzi and the gym. I give this hotel 10/10.

The property was clean and updated. The rooms were clean and smelled great, and the bed was super comfy.

There wasn’t a lot of breakfast options, and they were expensive. I wish they had offered a continental breakfast.

On the day we were to check out at 9:30 am, housekeeping came knocking, and when the door was opened it was hard to understand what she was requesting because she just mumbled something and walked off. Even with me still standing in the door way and asking how i could help her.

The staff was super nice. They would help me with anything I needed. The place was very clean. They had food to buy for breakfast and dinner. The Smokey Bone's restaurant across the way was very good. I would stay there again.

there was no breakfast, no continental breakfast either. the coffee in the room of Course is sub par so I went to the Starbucks in the lobby. They had no breakfast sandwiches, not even croissants. a plain bagel was 5.00!

We were assigned a handicap accessible room which had a bathroom devoid of cabinets or table tops to put out my toiletries. Only a sink attached to the wall. Why were we assigned this room? We didn't ask for it. Also they charged you extra 10.00 for parking! When has an American convenience hotel charged me for parking?

Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Did not like the charge for parking.we had reservations for the restaurant the next day and parked between the hotel and restaurant. Very unfair Also charge for food was way too high just to charge to the room

I'm a breakfast person n the breakfast was great‼️

Everything was great. The reservation clerks at check in, the cleanliness of the hotel. There are 2 restaurants on the location which is very convenient.
