The location is great to move about Long Island for a couple of days. Easy to get to the North or South Shore within a 1/2 hour. And, to drive out East just before you get to the "island"- the hamptons and such. It helped to have a couple of restaurants next to the property (you could walk to them) and the Carvel ice cream was about 1 mile away which was nice.

To have a hot tub would make the place a lot better. We didn't like some of the breakfast entrees like the bacon, and the egg pie but there was a large selection of other items so it was worth it and good.

Breakfast options were good, and my King suite was nice with the amenities that I expected.

I did not like being charged for the parking of my rental car and also found out there is tax on top added once I got my folio. Providing lower room rates online to encourage bookings is one thing but then adding these incidental fees can seem a bit deceptive. All fees should be disclosed clearly at time of booking. Sometimes it was hard to get someone at the front desk and my room was located next to the elevator and at times I could hear the call ring...I had requested a quieter location.

The 2-bedroom suite was perfect for our family visit. Breakfast was good. I didn't care for the bacon which was a very thin reheat type of bacon that tasted like plastic as though it was some sort of fake bacon. All other items like the scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes were yummy. The beds were very comfortable.

It was central to family homes. The suite was big enough and the beds comfortable . It was nice to have a kitchen area and full size fridge with a working ice maker .

I liked the buffet breakfast which was included in the price. What was offered each day was good. We enjoyed it .

The staff was excellent. The food was great for breakfast. The pool was nice and warm. I spent much time much time in the lobby and met a few people.

The one thing was where the coffee was after our breakfast during the day it was too dark in there so I told the gentleman and he said I guess the light was out other than that everything was wonderful

Good location with amenities.

The need to pay a $15/ night parking fee for an open parking lot outside a suburban motel. Hallway carpets needed cleaning badly. Every other day maid service given the price. Asked for more tissue when they ran out and was told none available. Seems like something that should always be available.

Love Hilton properties. That was reliable.

Price. Extremely overpriced due to something going on the area there was no reason for it to be almost $500 a night however we had to be in the area. Apparently prices were high at all facilities.

The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room size and amenities were very good.

Digital key didn’t work and toilet seat was not properly functioning. Lid Wouldn’t stay upright and had to be held.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The King Studio Suite I stayed in was more than spacious. Air conditioning is essential for me and it worked great. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was nice as well - with nice pressure in the shower.

For the price point, I feel like Smart TVs should be a standard nowadays. Even just a Netflix option would have been nice, but currently the channel selection is a bit limited. I’d give another star for a better model.
