The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. The staff kept the facilities clean and well stocked. Big yes to the 24 hour coffee station and ice water available. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the WiFi connection was good and consistent. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The building is a bit dated and only 1 elevator was in service so it took a while to get up and down, especially in the morning.

The room was very clean and comfortable, I liked that it had a sofa and a desk and the microwave and fridge. The fridge was a little too cold it froze my salad. Also the shampoo/conditioner were nice and I like that they have full size bottles in the shower as I have long hair and those little travel ones are never enough so that was really nice. Breakfast was good and they had a large area with many tables so there was never an issue of having a place to sit and eat.

The heater in our room was very loud, when it would kick on during the night as it cooled off in the room it was loud enough that it would wake you up. But the room was very warm and comfy.

Breakfast was ok and is nice option to not have to go out. Room was clean and fit our needs. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My daughter said the arcade room had room for improvement. Only 1 of 2 elevators was working so depending on time we used, long waits for elevator, especially as Cleaners also used them with their carts of supplies and sheets etc. Wish the TV channels included more movie channels and adding local sports networks like SNY, YES and MSG would be an excellent upgrade for us NYers visiting family from out of state.

Good size room and very nice large hallways. The breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating.

The price was steep!

Having to pay $13.04 per day to park at the hotel.

The breakfast was wonderful, I enjoyed the beacon and omelets, also the apple juice was delicious. I also enjoyed the waffles and toasts. I could not get enough.

Parking fee, I was not made aware that I was going to be paying a parking fee, nor do I understand why there was a parking fee. The toilet also felt as if did not had much pressure when the water was being flushed. Those were the only issues that I came across.

No 1 your staff on espicially at night shift on 30 jan .her politness and assistance was my one of reasons to extend my stay.second alot if facility nd perfect location every thing is around...guys be very proud with ur stuff as well .all of them really welling to help any time and answet any question...

Alittle bit the breakfast need more option such like fruits ir options of juice.hot milk was not available..

Staff excellent and welcoming, answered questions thoroughly and cheerfully. Super list of local non-chain restaurants with brief directions. Comfortable room and facilities. Enjoyed the pool, well set out.

The facilities fee hit up front on check-in went beyond "we'll apply this card if..." and it felt sneaky to be charged for parking without that being mentioned anywhere or at any time. Breakfast basically okay, but no fruit on offer.

Nice staff - clean

At $170 a night I did not know I was going to be charged for parking. This is a tight area being they share the area with a retirement and rehab center. There were quite a few tour buses parked all around the building. I also found out at check out there is some new NYS tax that got added on. When I booked this stay I remembered a Hotel in this location, but I booked here by accident I wanted the Holiday Inn across from this hotel which also has a restaurant. After driving many miles I did not want to have to drive out for dinner. To crowed an area for my liking.

The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were organized good. We liked the elevator rides smoothly down. We really enjoyed the lemon water at the main entrance. We also like that at the main entrance when you first walk in there was the big luggage carts to pack all your bags from the car on and bring up to you room it made it a really easy and quick check in instead of running back and fourth to the car especially since it was cold out. We liked that the breakfast was well organized and that the staff brought out hot food to replace anytime it was running low and that the breakfast had many choices from the cereal and the waffles you make yourself and the jam and butter for your muffins and bacon or sausage and the option of more than just orange juice. We enjoyed being in the pool and that there were more towels in there in case you forget yours in your rooms and we loved that it was a heated pool but we didn’t like that it wasn’t all the way warm it was a little cold and had hints of warm water by the corners of the pool really where the jets are but over all a lovely and peaceful experience at this Inn we had a blast and the staff at the front desk were a great help when it came to forgetting my card in my room and replacing it with a new one and overall any questions we had were answered:)

I would have to say we didn’t like that the bathrooms by the pool were closed every time we went to the pool 3 days in a row because it made it hard to walk around and ride the elevator to get back to our rooms to change while we were wet. We liked the pool but what we didn’t like was how it was supposed to be heated but really it was a little cold and had some parts by the jets in the pool that would be warm. The other thing we didn’t like was that we would have to pay to use the washer and dryer and pay 12 dollars a day to have the car parked in the parking lot when we already payed a lot of money just to stay at the hotel We really didn’t like that we had to also pay that extra amount just to have the car parked in the parking lot for the day.
