The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to the needs of the guest staying at the hotel. I really enjoy that the dining area is open after breakfast . It gives guests and their families a chance to eat together without being enclosed inside the hotel room. The location of the hotel is really great . It's a lot great place to eat and easy for uber eats,door dash, etc. Transportation is very easy thier is a bus stop nearby but also has access to cab and ubers and other ride services. I also enjoy that thier is a pool inside of hotel and the hours are really great

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were great, Breakfast was quite ok with some good variety of food. Swimming pool is very small, just to hang out not really to swim, but as we had it just for ourselves, it was nice.

There is a limited amount of devices that you can connect to wifi for free (2 or 3, not sure, as no one knew) that we were not informed about. When I asked about it, the receptionist wasn't really interested in helping me solve my problem and referred to T&C on their website, I wouldn't call it very service minded.

Breakfast is so so. It closes at 9:00 am and most hotels I stay go till 10:00 Its not much but its something. The only other comment that is needed is that I came to this Marriot because I have been here before and their photos online show the pool and the hot tub/spa. The hotel should change that picture because they no longer will be using the hot tub/spa and they have not for the past 6+months. There is no renovation, they are just no longer allowing it to be used. Because of that I changed my 7 night stay in January to another hotel where I called the front desk to make sure their hot tub/spa was operational. This was important to me and because Fairfield Marriot in Medford shows it in their photos it is misleading to someone looking for that particular amenity.

I was here 5 nights. Nice hotel, everything was overall great and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good, and everyone is nice. Daily housekeeping is also great. I paid through Booking.com, and upon arrival I used my card for the deposit, but I was charged again for the entire stay. However, I was refunded promptly for the double charge.

Pool is small, but nice. It would be great if the hot tub was open, but it wasn’t. Also no laundry, but I already knew that before hand and there is a laundromat across the street so not a big deal.

Hotel is being renovated and it will be beautiful. Eventhough work is being done, it was very clean; quiet, and run professionally. The weekend breakfast was great too.

I needed to extend our stay for 2 days and the price was significantly higher. They would not consider price match will other hotels. ( Other hotels were equivalent to this one.) I know as this is my home town.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and available a little earlier than normal which was good because we had to leave by 6:30 to get to work

Definitely need better pillows The bed was pretty comfortable but the pillows were terrible definitely too thin. Pool definitely needs to be cleaned We were there three nights and there was a bunch of sand throughout the pool

The pillows and mattress were comfortable. It was nice having a coffee maker in the room (just needed more sugar and creamers!) The breakfast was good but I would alternate different food choices instead of having the same options every day!

I was happy that there was a hot tub but then I was told that they were in the process of taking in down and eliminating it.

Clean and free breakfast. The property is renovating. Our room is new and really clean

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. It became murky after they tried to unclog it. They tried their best so I can’t fault them. They moved us to another room with no issues. Also they switched my room charges with my sister in law’s bill.

Very clean, well planned out lobby and sitting area that we utilized. Very comfy room with wonderful quality linens and mattress. We slept well during our two nights. The staff must love their jobs because they were not only genuinely friendly, but helpful, accommodating and caring! Thank you Katerina and your wonderful staff!
