I was very pleasantly surprised by my stay here. I live nearby and stayed here as I was doing some construction in the house. I had no idea there was a casino nearby. While I didn't go into the casino, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet (perhaps because it was on a high floor). It had a desk, large bathroom, and great view from the 9th floor. Overall, it was a great place and I am pleased to know of such lodging so nearby.

The hotel is a part of a casino. Like all casinos, this casino draws something of a low-brow crowd in general. That said, it was clean and at all times I felt safe.

The mere fact that it's an Adults Only Hotel. There is 24 hour security on the premises. Valet parking is available, plus there's complimentary coffee & tea. The Hotel is accessible to everything the 495, shopping & restaurants. The rooms are nice & they always smell great. The beds are very comfortable. Linens are always clean & lilly white.

I have nothing to complain about. It's always a pleasure staying @ Jake's 58. The staff are very friendly & accomodating. The food in the Restaurant is A1. I've tried a little bit of everything since staying here & it never disappoints.

Everything was great! The rooms are always clean, hallways always smell good. The food in the Restaurant is very good. Customer service all around was excellent, from the staff in Valet parking, the Security when you first walk in Casino, Front desk staff, restaurant staff. Everyone was amazing & the location was in close proximity of everywhere I wanted to go.

Their is nothing that I can complain about. Everyone is very accomodating. I love the idea that it's an adult only establishment. Jake's 58 is number one in my book! Keep up the good work!

Good for the price.

For a casino, your dinner specials leave a lot to be desired. My wife and I had the cod special a couple of nights ago. The cod was dry, the creamed spinach portion was maybe a couple of tablespoons, and the potato serving was a couple of ounces. A full potato usually is served…. Even in a diner. Also, we tried three times to talk to your Food and Beverage Manager to no avail. He or she had our room number, cell phone number, and email. We waited for any sign of customer complaint FOLLOW UP. We won’t be raving about this occurrence any time soon.

Clean rooms, nice hotel staff, and very spacious casino. I could have used a coffee machine in the room - however, they do give you 2 free coffee vouchers for the cafe so all good! Also, parking on the weekends is a nightmare - but they also provided free valet parking so that was covered, too. It’s like they knew about and took care of their weaknesses!

I would maybe skip the casino’s Bistro for dinner - my food was cold and the waiters weren’t good. If I could do dinner again I would go to a neighboring restaurant.

Convenient, right off the interstate. Only hotel in the area that did not have a 2 night minimum at this time of year. Room was quiet (we were on the 8th floor) and beds were comfortable.

We arrived at 9 PM on a Saturday evening and this is a casino so parking lot was very full (we do not gamble, however the room was affordable for one nite) and there was a line to get in and you had to go through a facial recognition scan and a security checkpoint where they check your bags which was a little different. Staff was friendly and attentive, however the check in process took quite a while.

Everything was great,chef Richard bistro I was very pleased and my girlfriend loved dinner very tasty,I'm a Regional food director so I'm very observing when it comes to plate presentation and taste,this visit was a winner, thank you had a great weekend

Well my 1st night we didn't have cable for 2 hrs,dtv is no good especially in storms,but the tech they sent to my room was very professional and hospitable great guy

Met the manager after 4 months she was nice

The hideous, he, she , they , them ,it cashier station worker told me my lost debit card they had and she handled witnessed by co workers decided to tell me that they didn’t have my debit card and to cancel card instead of giving it back to me? I told front desk manager and some other lady from cashier station returned it to me?? I am filing police report for attempted robbery against the he ,she ,it worker. It ,should also be fired.

The Staff was accomodating. The rooms are always clean. The towels are always lilly white & have a nice clean fresh smell. The beds are very comfortable. At anytime I feel restless I can go to the Casino & play. The food in the Restaurant is always on point for me. The Valet parking was ideal we didn't have to drive around looking for parking. And last but not least I like the idea that this is an adult only facility.

There was nothing we didn't like! It was the perfect weekend getaway! Thank you Jake's, see you again soon!

I loved that there was an on site restaurant. it was a clean and beautifully put together space

I didn’t like that the jr. suite had no microwave or anyway to heat your food! also there was a metal panel door that accessed the filter on the heating air system! and the bathroom was very small
