The breakfast was excellent, but the booking website lead us to believe it was part of the stay. It was $18.00 per person. When the staff realized the issue they removed the charge for the first days breakfast. Super customer service!

The bed was not comfortable. I woke up each morning with an aching back. It was also difficult to sleep in due to the uncomfortability of the mattress. We were also told that the maid service would not be in on Sunday which was fine. Monday we had fresh towels, but the bed wasn't made.

Room was clean & had microwave, refrigerator, & coffemaker. Staff was friendly & very helpful. Requests for extra towels to room or pickup at desk were conveinient. Wake-up call service had easy 24/7 setup, and on-time. Noon checkout worked very well for us. Vertical grip bar in shower very helpful for limited mobility & safety in general. Large bottles of very nice shampoo, conditioner, and lotions in bathroom. Beds comfortable - not "too" firm. Lot of counter space in room, and heat & a/c worked very well. There was also a late night Wendy's very closeby, with good food.

As with most hotels, there could've been more hangars for clothes available (however, I never requested extra). Bathroom floor could get bit slippery when too wet, but easy to dry with bathmat supplied.

Location. It was clean and comfortable Also they allowed my dog for a fee. Further because of the dog and rain my family went back to a large table area in the lobby, where we brought dinner back to eat.It was a nice touch to have that area available.

All the extra charges, $10 for parking, having to pay for breakfast. It was ok but expensive for what it was.

Hotel was very well kept and clean. It appeared to have been newly updated. They serve breakfast for a fee, which at their reasonable room charge, seems quite far. The entrance foyer is very attractive. And they even have a small bar and dinner restaurant. There's the airport near there, but I heard no planes . A good choice.

When I went to my room you can tell that the shower wasn't clean I called down the next day if someone can come clean it while I was gone but when I returned of course it was still dirty so I called down stairs again so they can have someone clean it ...

Flight out of JFK was cancelled and was able to book a flight out of ISP the next day. Hilton Garden Inn was great. Staff was nice, room was clean and ready, AC was cold. Room was quiet. Bar was open and the bartender was great and had the pulled pork tacos which were very tasty. Checked out at 4am. I'd stay there again. Hilton Garden Inn's never disappoint.

My grandson calls this hotel "The Castle". It is his favorite place because it just down the road from his cousins. Perfect location for us and the staff is kind and caring. You don't disappoint! Going to look into getting into the Hilton Rewards Program. Thank you.

Had a good stay. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and professional. Close to venue we were going to. Would stay again.

Was surprised bottled water in room cost $3.00 each if you weren’t in the Hilton honors plan.

maid service.my room was not cleaned in 4 days and was supposed to be cleaned every other day but my stay was at the holidays.
