Sabrina the front desk supervisor why were there took care of any issues that we had throughout our stay very pleasant and professional

I just liked the booking.com doubled my reservation without my knowledge until the morning I was checking out with a copy of the information and then multiple calls to you booking.com didn't get resolved till just before we left on that Sunday

The staff was nice

Housekeeping while at elevator there was a dirty bin of sheets by the elevator where we were standing and she threw the dirty sheet from across the hall and it nearly hit us getting onto the elevator, and she didn't even apologize! I heard her speaking a language i didn't understand, but I knew it wasn't Spanish! It was very disrespectful!

They serve a really nice Breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage. There's are different kinds of breads,like muffins or bagels or English muffins. You also get pancakes or waffles and. Don't forget the juice!

I can't think of anything to say that was bad about this hotel!

There was nothing special about this property besides the customer service. Everybody was nice once we're comfortable and it was just a simple stay at a hotel.

It was convenient to the places we were going to travel while inong Island. The staff were very nice and also helpful.

Mattress was not as firm as we like. The decor was dated and needs to be refreshed.

It was a great relaxing stay that we had in your 🏨. We loved that you are the only hotel with a Keurig machine!!! You have a nice selection for breakfast 😋. I loved 😍 the hot cinnamon rolls they were delicious.

Very convenient area surrounded with a lot of places to go to . I have stayed here before and never have had a problem besides the parking lot not being big enough for the amount of room

Parking wasn’t the greatest , The parking lot was so full we spent 10 mins trying to find a parking spot , thankfully a guest was leaving for the night and we were able to park

Love the staff and breakfast as I am a frequent guest. The bathrooms could be a little more clean as the floors sometimes have other people's hair in the corners but overall the sheets are always exceptionally fresh and new and the staff is extraordinary accommodating.

The breakfast is good with variety of options (relative to other IHG hotels), including halal food. Within walking distance from USCIS Application Support Center (ASC). The neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and lovely. There's an ice machine, and you can refill your water bottles in the gym. Nearest train station is the Central Islip station.

Sabrina with extremely helpful from the front desk to correct the booking.com mistake a double booking me for my one night stay. Very good hot breakfast
