Decent rooms , very clean , complimentary breakfast, good location , cooperative friendly staff especially at the front desk , with the exception of the head of the room cleaning,. Greatly appreciated that I was permitted to have a late checkout.

1) breakfast area too small for the size of the hotel , people were eating on the furniture in the reception area , and in a neighboring meeting room , didn’t feel at all comfortable . Breakfast apart from that was satisfactory . 2) cleaning ladies and their head very annoying on the last day . Had received permission for a one hour late checkout . They started harassing us an hour before check out twice, and another two times after that , just about got into an argument with the head . Left aggravated from the hotel, gave me the worst impression.

The room was so nice and well decorated The beds were very comfortable I am in love with the bathroom mirror with the lights behind it I want one for my home The room was convenient to laundry and the morning breakfast was amazing everything tasted good Love the coffee and the temperature of the room was great not too hot not too cold Everything was beautifully decorated would definitely stay here again

I did not pack a hair dryer I miss having hair dryers in the room

The property was very quiet, yet still close to many essential stores and restaurants. The staff was excellent, so kind and accommodating. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and variety of food provided at the breakfast. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

We got a room with handicap accessibility on 2nd floor. We were told it's the only ro available, but few minutes later another desk agent told us there was another room available. Most of the desk agents are friendlly; and some are more professional and care more about guests than others. Overall, a great place: it is one of our favorite places to stay.

Room very clean, staff was nice, convenient location, not noisy at all, plenty of space inside the room, clean and spacious bathroom.

We had issues with the heating system. Room kept getting either too warm or too cold. Breakfast needs to have better food. Fresh fruit for example.

The door to the bathroom wouldn't move to open or close. I spoke to staff at the front desk and a repair man came to the room very promptly. He was able to adjust the hingers enough for us to us the door with some effort. The door in my opinion needs to be replaced.

The hotel smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The room had a nice clean carpet that looked new. I didn't feel grossed out.

Someone on our floor about the 2nd day must have been smoking weed. We could smell it in the hallway.

Rooms updated. The breakfast was good.

The gym needs better equipment. The rooms were renovated but they left the old enrltry doors and bathroom doors. The frames which are totally worn out. The safety catch in my room was broken. The screws had stripped out some many time no metal left. The door didnt close properly and light can be seen coming in around it. Such a shame given all the money spent on reno

Location was perfect, very calm and peaceful. Liked the cleanliness of the place. Staff was very good and supportive.

Can’t fing anything salty (don’t eat pork). Eggs weren’t good. Would like to see some vegetarian options too like hash browns.
