The staff was great. The rooms were nice.

My lock was broken so I had to go to the front desk to get new keys many times a day. Eventually, it got fixed. Also, it would be great to have non-dairy creamer by the coffee. I am lactose intolerant. The TV channel lineup was the worst I have ever experienced. Netflix did not work because the TV was not connected properly.

great location for airport travel, great staff!!

Although the furniture was outdated it was okay, the breakfast was extremely mediocre for the Hotel Brand and price. Add a good selection of hot breakfast food since there are virtually no close restaurants, and due to it being so close to the airport. The horrible breakfast was the only real downside to this stay. The only close place to eat was at 711.

room was ok...clean ...towels etc...well equipped...fridge...coffee maker...iron...tv...and..4th floor...ohhh..and very accessible business centre...desk tops with print options...

pets...too many...and...all over the place...and...not all well kept breakfast was really minimal...no eggs...no sausage ...no meat...just fruit...cereal...toast/bagel...yogurt...juice

Very comfortable beds, nice and warm. Room was tidy and the staff was very friendly and professional. They were respectful of my service dog, and accommodated us nicely.

The AC was leaking (though still functional) and the room smelled a little funny. But I made the staff aware and they were very polite. Overall, it didn’t affect my stay. I still had a lovely time.

The hostess handling breakfast was exceptional in her for the cleanliness of the space. Truly to pride in making sure stuff was well presented

i was surprised by the condition of the room walls and carpet plus the elevator had trash left on floor over 24 hours. Very hidden so Uber driver at night took longer to see the direction to enter

I like the location, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel was fairly quiet when I stayed there. The staff is very nice and helpful. I especially want to give a thumbs up to Liz at the front desk. She is very kind, professional and personable.

There were some things I wanted to comment on that I did not like during my visits. One is that while the beds were comfortable, I noticed that at least one of the beds actually looked like it was sagging a bit, perhaps due to age or overuse? Another thing is that some of the carpets looked worn or ripped in some areas in the room. Also, I saw people in the parking lot smoking and cooking from a small barbecue. There was a “crowd” of people. I’m not sure if they were hotel guests or not.

The best part was when checking into the hotel and the hotel clerk advised that they did not take my credit card for some particular reason and when I explain to her that’s all I had with me she told me don’t worry about it and she ran it and took the deposit on it and everything worked out fine and me and my wife had a beautiful night out

There honestly wasn’t anything I didn’t like I really did enjoy the place and I said before the girl who was working the counter when I checked in insured that we had an enjoyable night and if you can tell her I said thank you and because of her this will be my new choice of stay when traveling

Friendly staff, clean room, good size bathroom with all the amenities, safe area and near some restaurants and conveniently located near Islip airport.

Bed needs a new mattress, WiFi didn’t work and the soda machine on the 4th floor steals your money.

The price was great! I had a mini suite with a love couch. Had accommodations such as fridge, microwave. Very spacious. The bed was also comfortable. I also liked that they include DOVE shampoo, soap and body wash.

I don’t have any complaints

The front desk staff made my stay comfortable. When I needed towels I got it and when I needed to change rooms for a routine maintenance issue they made it happen quick for my 3 night stay
