Love the beds and pillows. Stayed here 16 years ago remembering how insanely amazing it was for my daughters birthday.

Well, since 16 years ago, there were no updates.its very dated and for example the bathtub peeled and repaired by putting a black something on it instead of reglazing. The elevator buttons, the plate around it peeling paint . The hotel is just showing its age it was once very glamorous. I wouldn't call it glamourous,it's just ok.the food was good, the staff was great, and the beds and pillows were magnificent, tho.

Lobby and convention area was nice for hanging around in during Dance convention. Many major food chains are relatively close nearby. Pool was nice and a sunny room.

Lobby restaurant seemed to have only higher end offerings - wasn't sure what I could have purchased for my 11 yr old. Brought in food from local store. The sheets felt starched - definitely clean, but very very stiff and rough texture. I didn't have trouble getting my room upon arrival b/c I arrived 9pm Friday. But on Saturday there were 6 different weddings' worth of guests checking in and the line to check in was incredibly long. Check in desk should have had more personnel, knowing how many people were coming.

I stay there in purpose of using the inside pool, to which the pool was not warm enough to use and we were very disappointed other than that we had dinner there and the staff was a great

The room was bigger and had more comfortable furnishings than I expected. And the fluoride was on was quiet and peaceful. Now I was at a horror convention so the horror part of the hotel was appropriately energized. But going upstairs was like a different world. Nicely done.

There was nothing I didn’t like as a surprise, but the restaurant prices were a bit higher than I would’ve liked.

The pool was a lovely temperature and I enjoyed the swimming experience. Dining room staff were lovely.

The breakfast was mediocre and the baked goods were not fresh. The check out was a disaster. They gave us the wrong account and wasted our time and an ambivalent young man was highly unapologetic.

We liked nearly everything. The staff were standout super stars, especially Pam.

We liked everything except the size of the window in the room. We paid extra for a room with a view but the window was actually a glass door, which was locked shut. Other rooms, without the premium rate for a view, had a much nicer aspect with much bigger windows.

Hotel lobby was clean and impressive looking. Staff was welcoming, professional and friendly.

We arrived late to our hotel (830pm) and got up to our room where to floor was soaked in 2 locations. Then at 945 the alarms went off and we had to evacuate. We returned inside within an hour. But this caused lost sleep for my 5year old. The hot water didn't stay warm in the shower, which was very disappointing

Conveniently located and extremely clean. I’ve never been on a hotel I haven’t been grossed out by in one way or another including Hyatt in multiple locations. Very hot water almost instantly and great water pressure, too.

Extremely soft pillows, bed too high for my 5 year old to climb on, unlike in many other locations breakfast wasn’t included and $25 breakfast is just too pricey.

I loved everything about the Hyatt. The staff was great upon check-in. My room was ready once I arrive which was earlier than 3pm. The Hotel was very clean, ample parking was available. There was a bar & restaurant on the ground floor. The snack pantry was available 24 hours. The ambience was everything. When I walked into my room, it looked & smelled so good. The bedding & towels were lilly white & had a nice clean fresh smell to them.

I can't complain about anything. Everything was impeccable! I rate this Hotel a 20!!
