I tried hard to find anything that I didn’t like, but failed miserably.

The breakfast was fine. There is a nice variety of choices. The location is great. Walking to the shops and restaurants is a plus. The park is right down the street, perfect for walking or running. There is a small fitness room that is convenient as well.

I know there are a lot of bars around, but it would be nice if you could purchase some wine or beer at the hotel. There is a nice library room and a beautiful sitting area outdoors. It would be nice to sit and have a drink in either of those places if you don't want to go to a bar.

I didn't see any breakfast, just a coffee bar. The rooms and hotel are pristine. Big shout out to the housekeeping staff. Everyone is super friendly, location is a 10.

The bed was very uncomfotable. I hate to say anything negative but my back paid the price. I think if the hotel adds mattress toppers to their beds - problem solved. I read of noise complaints - I stayed on St. Pat's evening and it was fine!! You aren't staying in a cabin in the woods but any "noise" was minimal.

. Ms. Nathalie the supervisor was extremely helpful, assisting us quickly and with a smile in everything we needed, as was the entire staff when my kids and O were checking in. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Location is great with walking distance to a number of good restaurants. Parking was easy and free around the hotel, and they also have a valet which was very helpful with all of our luggage

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful and it was in walking distance to the venue I was going to. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The parking, I parked on the street which was not a problem. Couldn’t find where to go to park in the valet parking area.

Very comfortable room (room 403) and a pleasant breakfast room with a range of options.

Very little water pressure in shower and tap. Water slow to heat up too. Also walls are thin and if your neighbors are noisy, you will hear them.

The staff, working the late shift, were extremely rude and horrible to interact with. They made our checking in experience awful and truly made us feel unwelcome. If our stay hadn't been lovely in every other way, I would have been deeply disappointed.

The Breakfast Room had an excellent choice as a self-serve buffet. Coffee, pastries and cereal were all good.

I would prefer pottery crockery, not paper plates and proper cups, not paper or plastic cups. It's wasteful and not an enjoyable experience using these throwaway items.

The property was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff competent. I like the consistency of knowing what you will get at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast and available coffee is always welcome. We went to a show at the Paramount and it is a great walkable area with restaurants, cafes and shops all accessible on foot.

I thought the Hampton used to provide 2 types of pillows - a soft and a more firm. The pillows were nice but a soft and firm would have been appreciated.

Great location and very very clean

Problem with hot water.. I was unable to have a hot shower when I arrived as water was only tepid. The Engineer came to my room and explained they’re had a plumbing problem that day and that water was not yet at temp. He was extremely apologetic.. by morning the problem was sorted, the engineer contacted me to ensure I was happy. Brilliant customer service..👍
