We were there for a family funeral. Other family members drove in that morning and met us at the hotel. I asked the front desk if we could have them join us for breakfast (with us paying for them) and we were told that the breakfast is complimentary and they wouldn’t have to pay (even though they didn’t stay the night).We were very impressed with their professionalism and highly recommend this hotel! If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

The location and that the facility is well-maintained. Other than the front door lobby rug was extremely dirty and stained as you walk in the doors. It is the hotels logo in Green but presented poorly needs to be replaced.

The egg items on the breakfast buffet are not good. Hotel does not have true handicap rolling showers with two beds available I traveled with a 95-year-old wheelchair bound relative and helping her get into the shower which had a tub was extremely difficult even though I brought a transfer chair . A Rolland shower with a handheld shower wand and two beds is what I need to rent so I don’t think I’ll be back

Stay at this accommodation was in fact as expected. Clean room, good beds, enough space for 2 adults and 2 children, free and enough parking space, good breakfast. In fact nothing to complain about. Of course, there is always something to improve....kind of vegetables included in the breakfast e.g tomato or cucumber that you can but on your sandwich with chees ;-)

Considering the Long Island prices this is currently a very good price/value proposal. I'm sure this has to do with the fact that the hotel is located in a brand-new area and is seeking their market share. There are new stores around, and also new houses. It's well located if you are visiting Long Island with family and want to stay for a couple of nights. Everything seems new at the hotel.

As the area is being developed there are construction sites all over the place with the consequent noises that start early in the morning. In our case an additional issue was the in-room AC unit was not able to totally shutdown. The equipment they chose to put in the rooms are far from quiet. The unit control specifically had an option to shut down, but a background fan was never able to be switched off even though we instruct it in the control box. The result was an annoying fan running all night long making it very unpleasant while sleeping. As we were only staying for one night we didn't bother to complain about it. It's a balanced place to stay though away from the coastline and beaches. But a nice place to visit Long Island and the Hamptons.

Great location !, well lighted parking area for guests that gives u an upscale vibe .the building is newer as compared to other hotels in the area , spacious , very clean suites , comfy beds , loved the self service laundry and excellent service by the staff esp Skylure & Chris , keep it up !

breakfast selections needs variations for a change ,esp to guests who stays there for a couple of nights ( sausages, biscuits, salsa etc) other hotels in the area have better breakfast menus

The property is within walking distance to shopping and a restaurant, which is super convenient if you don’t feel like driving to pick up a quick bite or purchase something you need. The staff is super friendly and accessible. The hotel concierge, Christian, checked us in and checked up on us periodically by text to make sure all our needs were being met. Thank you, Christian- we had an awesome stay!

I have No complaints! This is the perfect Hotel & location to stay if ever in the LI area. The staff is amazing & accommodating. Once you arrive & are settled in your room, you receive a personalized welcome to your phone & they're constantly in contact with you. The room was a nice sized studio, the bed was very comfortable. It was a very peaceful stay. I just love Homes2Suites!

The only thing I didn't care for was breakfast! That's the only item that can be improved! But as I said before Home2Suites is & will always be number 1 in my book!

Breakfast was mediocre. If the hotel is booked with lots of people they should do trays of food. Food items were coming out little at a time. Workers were constantly having to refill. People having to wait.

I was confused on the cleaning schedule. Had to call and ask for the room to be cleaned on day 3

Cristian Sandoval did a great job, the pool was great and the room was clean, comfortable and had great amenities.

Bad experience with Jen who claimed to be the manager and overall dissatisfaction with the aggressiveness of the “security guard” pounding on our door before we even woke up. Breakfast was disappointing compared to other continental breakfasts.

Terrific stay. Had a separate bedroom w it’s own TV, a dining set, and a large, well-designed living area. Very roomy space that utilized some courageous color elements that somehow nicely worked together. Ample parking. I was even able to do some laundry and take a dip in the pool. Wonderful front desk staff.

This is located near a Walmart where there is quite a bit of construction.
