It smelled clean coming into the lobby.

Reason I chose my room was because there was a walk in shower my mom could use. She had back surgery a year ago. I thought the bathroom would be modified for a person with physical limitations. I thought there would be more handrails inside the shower except for the one near the actual shower head. I thought the toilet would be raised or there would be handrails to help the person stand up. Perhaps I read the description of the room wrong, but I thought that was what we were getting. The room was also far from the elevator. If a person has a physical limitation and they asked for a room with a walk in shower, the room should be closer to the elevator so that the physically challenged person does not have to walk so far.

Everything! The room was perfect, up to date, CLEAN. Super comfortable bed and pillows! Beautiful bathroom and stand up shower. Keurig, microwave, refrigerator and the pull down black out curtain is a great touch and kept my toddler asleep with me until 9am. Tangor outlets right across the street and tons of attractions nearby! I’ve stayed many places in Long Island and this was by far my favorite place. The indoor pool was also great. The carts for luggage were super helpful as well.

The indoor pool was so warm! There were also super hot hot tubs both indoors and outdoors. The beds were super comfortable! Everything was very clean and up to date. The TV had YouTube which my kids loved! The in room coffee was the best I've had, actually enjoyed drinking it.

I didn't like that at the front desk when I checked in I was told if I paid $15 for my breakfast buffet, then my kids would eat free but when I went to breakfast they wanted to charge me $20 for me kids eating a bite of a bagel. Really not cool! They need to be clear about these breakfast policies since nothing but parking is included in your stay.

The room was clean and quiet, the Front desk staff was pleasant.

I stayed at the Hilto to tend to a Family emergency, I traveled from Maryland to Westhampton (7 hours). To see about my 93 year young Mother who is battling cancel. It was raining very badly, I was tired and hungry did not have time to deal with nasty rude people in your Restaurant. Your staff tending to the Restaurant both nights was very nasty and rude, unacceptable.

Whoever hires and trains the FOH staff does a fantastic job. They were all friendly, welcoming and offered of themselves to help me feel welcome, know what you offered and make sure I got what I wanted.

Some of the interior is becoming dated by way of peeling, flooring that looks old even if clean and holes in the bathroom walls that show something was removed. The outside could use some help as well.

The common area was very nice and the room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The staff was helpful and accommodating - the only negative was the cost - the rate was rather high and I thought that breakfast was included in my stay and it was not.

The indoor pool didn’t look that clean and thete was no outdoor pool.

Super comfy room at a decent price. We have traveled to NOFO may times and often stay in Riverhead on our trips - this was the first time staying at the Hilton Inn and was pleasantly surprised. The room was large and very clean - a very comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and the meal was fine, though there was a large party staying in the hotel that night and the staff was a little overwhelmed in the morning.

Location is a bit weird - given where it's located on the main road you have to drive a short distance away from Riverhead before turning around to head back into town. Not the worse thing in the world but it did add to the Uber tabs when we were heading into town for dinner.

The staff and place. But I had to complain about the marijuana smell on the first floor by my room someone was smoking in the room. Spoke to front desk that told me there was nothing they can do. The paper work giving stated no smoking 100 percent. Gave me a bad out look to the place in staying there again.

Food was good breakfast.

Overall this is a very good value for Long Island, easy to get to from the highway, but not near any beaches. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, very clean. The hotel is pet friendly - we brought our dog. Breakfast was excellent, but the buffet is not currently open. The breakfast vouchers are good for any a la carte breakfast order instead.

The door to the room has a spring that is so hard to open that it was hard to get in and out of the room while carrying anything - the door would slam on you, but still had to be pulled shut to latch. Minor complaint though - overall the hotel was great.

Breakfast was very good, wait staff also friendly, polite and efficient.
