This little bed-and-breakfast was immaculate, beautifully renovated bathroom and the bed was so comfy. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff was super friendly super easy to check in and check out and just literally walk right into town loved having the bikes on the porch that we were able to take to the beach about a 10 minute bike ride.

There is an actually a main room or a breakfast nook. There is a restaurant right next-door, but we should had a little bit more of a main room for lounging or even meet other guests.

Luxurious King bed with espresso coffee maker. Large TV to use in bed or on sofa. Very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated.

Outlet by sink wasn’t usable for hairdryer.

Located right in the downtown of Southampton village great walking to town without driving.

Restaurant closed for pre season but no lack of alternatives with the town full of every kind of restaurant shopping and interested !

Our room was on the back side of the hotel. far away from the restaurant and away from the Main Street. The room was spacious and quiet. We had a coffee maker with expresso pod. That was great. We were within walking distance to the main streets of Southampton.

Could have had a few more coffee pods.

The Harpoon House is a hidden little gem in the middle of a busy Southampton town. The facility is private,safe and clean. I have traveled extensively and have not found any place equivalent to Harpoon House for its rate and prime location. My only concern is that more people will stumble across this little piece of paradise and I won’t be able to get a room!!!

I was on the first floor at it was A little noisy on the stairs during morning check out.

Although there is a fabulous restaurant on the premises, there is no breakfast facility.

No shelves for toiletries in the bathroom. Uncontrollable AC.

Excellent location on Main Street, very large and specious room with a comfy bed. Receptionist was very helpful upon check in.

The location is perfect. On-site free parking. Exceptionally clean. The owner even helped me with my luggage at check in. Very friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful too!
