convenient, modern, clean. Lovely pool area

Great stay at Journey East Hampton and a convenient location to get out and about in the Hamptons. The room was beautifully furnished. The large bed was very soft and comfortable with cotton sheets. The shower room had luxury branded toiletries and lovely towels. Having a sitting room as well made the suite even more relaxing. Although we didn’t use the outdoor facilities including a pool lm sure in the spring and summer it will be a bonus. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. Highly recommend a stay here.

The people were exceptional as was the decor

they were struggling with the air-conditioning units but it wasn't exceptional heat wave and they were so accommodating, they moved me to much more expensive and larger room that had functioning air conditioning, they did the same thing for my employee who was traveling with me moved her from a room that had week air-conditioning to strong air-conditioning, again I believe this was a function of the heat wave and a specific breakdown with the units in the rooms.

Location, Service Staff, Cleanliness of room.

Needs a handicapped banister on steps up to office. Light above the driveway sign coming from the West was burned out, so it was difficult to locate the entrance. Phone answering was always a recording, NEVER a human, giving instructions on how to contact staff. The website needs added information if arriving past usual hours.

Lovely cosy atmosphere, such friendly staff, beautiful decoration of the rooms and cosy common area’s, and our girls loved the pool :). Thank you Journey East Hampton, for our great stay! We had such a nice and relaxing time with you!

The facilities at the hotel were amazing, with charming rooms and incredibly comfortable bedding. We loved that they offered bikes for rent, which allowed us to explore the nearby beach at our leisure. In the evenings, the firepit with s'mores from 6-9 added a delightful touch to our stay.

Breakfast is mussing more choices of muffins Croissant/ bagels…. Love the snacks and water

The location is just ok Wish there was a gym

Stylish accomodation in the Hamptons. Lovely room with quality bedding, toiletries and furnishings. Friendly staff Erica, Cindy and Jennifer made excellent suggestions for our recent stay and we felt very looked after!

Arriving on a dark, wet night locating reception was tricky! Signage in car park or at entrance to lobby would be helpful😀

The property is two storied and if you are on the bottom floor you can hear the footsteps of people above

property was clean and well taken care of. the amenities were nice such as breakfast in the morning, coffee throughout the day and bottled water.

for the price I should have stayed somewhere on the water.
