the location was great. on the beach, 5 min walk into town with restaurants and cafes. if you went to the marina, needed a car. you were 5 mins away from Montauk IGA, supermarket with everything you need. the room had a small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans and a small gas electric burner for eggs etc. only negatives were fridge didn't open out all the way bc of bed and the bathroom was kind of tight squeeze. but for the ocean view from balcony, location and price, I take it. I really enjoyed the hotel and Montauk. oh, there is a $35 per night fee to park, booking.com didn't mention that so whatever your price is, add $35 more per night to park.

We stayed in a corner upper level hotel room so we had two views! We loved that! The room had two beds and two burners, toaster, and a coffee pot. We liked being able to have toast and coffee in the morning. The bathroom was small but clean. The towels and toilet paper were of good quality. The pool was heated. We were right on the ocean and fell asleep to the waves each night. We liked walking to the grocery store and to the drive-in for burgers. Loved this place!

The location is perfect. It is a short walk to town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants. It is easy to travel by car to the bay side and lighthouse. Very easy beach access, just off the hotel deck with a swimming pool. The lounge chairs in the pool area were very comfortable. Plenty of parking at the hotel.

It would be great if the hotel had nice chairs and an umbrella available to take to the beach so that it doesn't need to be brought from home.

The front desk woman was soooo nice. We were a room right in front of the pool. The path to the beach was super convenient and everyone was lovely that was staying there. It’s walkable distance to town which is great for us who had a stroller.

No complaints. A little sand on the floor when we walked in but that’s expected at a beach motel.

We loved the location

The grills needed charcoal and a lighter, which when I asked the front desk, they just said the grills are open for use and gave me no other instructions on check in. We had a bottom floor by the pool which was nice but there were a lot of children walking by our room and we could hear them screaming in the pool in the morning.

The room has everything for a long stay, even a 2-burner electric stove and towels for the pool. There was a wonderful partial view of the ocean, we could see the sunrise.

The only thing missing in the room was coffee, tea, and drinking water. But the supermarket is nearby. Window air conditioner in a hole in the wall, blowing air onto the head of the bed.

Oceanfront property was beautiful! Loved being right by the beach and ocean. Very close to town. Easy to walk to shops.

Missing plugs for devices on nightstand. No clock or alarm in my room. Bathroom was very tight. The attendant walked in on me while I was napping. She had to adjust the heat in my room and for the room next door. She returned, and again she just walked in. That was very uncomfortable.

Loud air conditioners running all the time no hot water at times no pressure at others balcony furniture was Rusty and very uncomfortable. This is all typical of most places in Montauk

The location right on the beach is incredible. You can hear the ocean and the view is amazing. Everything is within walking distance so you can take the train there and not need a car. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Nothing - it was perfect

The location was perfect! Direct access to a quiet beach from the deck, and walking distance to downtown with cute restaurants and businesses. It was cold, so we didn't swim in the pool but the deck/pool area is nice and well-maintained! Friendly staff who wished me good morning from my patio. Would stay here again!

A little overpriced, but that may just be the area in general. Hotel is in a quiet location, but walls are thin and you can hear other guests. Didn't bother me so much, just something to note.
