Room was a decent size, there was a microwave, crockery and cuttlery and a filter coffee machine and a decent sized fridge which was good and the beds were comfortable. The pool was great for the kids. The main plus point of this hotel though was the situation. It was in the town within a few minutes walk of all the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants of Montauk and literally right on the beach. This was amazing!

We probably had the worst room in the place as i think it might have been the only one that faced the car park rather than the ocean. It was tired and smelt a bit dampt in the bathroom - which was pretty pokey. The shower wasn't great either. The wifi was terrible and kept dropping out all the time.

The location was amazing. We were In room 2 on the second floor overlooking the ocean. The hotel itself is in the town and walking distance to restaurants and shops etc. the hotel is right on the beach and wonderful for a swim or just to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. We could see other guests use the hotels bbq and benches and it looked great.

It looks like half the bathroom was renovated, in around the bath has been done up but the floor tiles and tiles on wall around sink need replacing. They actually make the whole room look dated when in fact it is not. There were three of us in the room but they only give you two beach towels and there are only two chairs on the balcony.

the location was great. on the beach, 5 min walk into town with restaurants and cafes. if you went to the marina, needed a car. you were 5 mins away from Montauk IGA, supermarket with everything you need. the room had a small fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, pots and pans and a small gas electric burner for eggs etc. only negatives were fridge didn't open out all the way bc of bed and the bathroom was kind of tight squeeze. but for the ocean view from balcony, location and price, I take it. I really enjoyed the hotel and Montauk. oh, there is a $35 per night fee to park, booking.com didn't mention that so whatever your price is, add $35 more per night to park.

Location - on the beach and very close walking distance to town

I got only 1 issue ,bathroom. It’s so small . Shower curtain basically sticks to your body during shower. Doors open to the inside of bathroom and you need to use some acrobatic moves to shut the door. Bathroom needs some updating.its not comfortable for daily use for one person ( for family of 3 or more it’s challenging) . At least think about door situation, doesn’t make any practical sense.

We stayed in a corner upper level hotel room so we had two views! We loved that! The room had two beds and two burners, toaster, and a coffee pot. We liked being able to have toast and coffee in the morning. The bathroom was small but clean. The towels and toilet paper were of good quality. The pool was heated. We were right on the ocean and fell asleep to the waves each night. We liked walking to the grocery store and to the drive-in for burgers. Loved this place!

I loved the ocean view, which I believe all rooms have. I loved access to the beach right from the pool/deck area. I loved some parking spaces were covered. And I loved that I had my own chairs on the deck outside the room’s sliding doors. I also loved my room had a fridge.

I didn’t need the staff after hours, but I like when the desk is 24 hours staffed. My stay was early June, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t.

The location is perfect. It is a short walk to town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants. It is easy to travel by car to the bay side and lighthouse. Very easy beach access, just off the hotel deck with a swimming pool. The lounge chairs in the pool area were very comfortable. Plenty of parking at the hotel.

It would be great if the hotel had nice chairs and an umbrella available to take to the beach so that it doesn't need to be brought from home.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, right by the sea, and we enjoyed watching dolphins while having breakfast. We liked the sun loungers and the pool. The staff were very friendly.

However, the place could use some refurbishment, both the rooms and the pool area, where our son was seriously injured due to nails sticking out of the decking.

The front desk woman was soooo nice. We were a room right in front of the pool. The path to the beach was super convenient and everyone was lovely that was staying there. It’s walkable distance to town which is great for us who had a stroller.

No complaints. A little sand on the floor when we walked in but that’s expected at a beach motel.

The view of the ocean was unbeatable. We saw whales right off the beach and it was conveniently located close to town as well. Could walk to town to shop and for all meals.  It was really nice to have beach umbrellas and chairs that we could use.

One of the full-size beds wasn’t very comfortable.
