Excellent location .....attentive staff....

Didn t like the toiletries......especially cheap soap fell apart in your hand when u opened the pkg...therefore I was using crumbled pieces to wash with....not good. Moved our room to much better room w walk in shower next day after experiencing room 38.... tub n shower not renovated and had continued toilet issues not flushing properly plus ...very noisy air conditioning ....but front desk did accommodate us to move....very grateful

I enjoyed having a living room and a kitchen. I wish I had more time to enjoy the stay, though. I was too busy attending a conference, so I didn't get to be in my room much.

It was just a little tricky to have to carry my luggage up to the second floor via stairs. But not a big deal. It would've been nice if they had a little gift shop or convenience store on site since the apartments come with a kitchen. I couldn't find any food after 9pm so I was starving all the time. I think it would be a great idea if the hotel offered some food that can be purchased :)

I stayed in a one bedroom apartment with my two dogs, which was perfect for our stay. The dog fee was very reasonable and the room had been prepared for them, with a throw over the sofa and bed cover - great not to have to worry about them going on the furniture! Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and wonderfully quiet at night. I would definitely stay here again.

I had requested a first floor room if possible, but unfortunately that could not be accommodated. I was a little concerned about tackling the flight of stairs with my dogs, but we managed it repeatedly without incident so it worked out OK!

The location was perfect. The grounds and the pool were beautiful. It was so relaxing especially in the evening with the fire pits in the garden. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a nice short walk to the piers and beach and coffee and bagels were also just a few minutes walk away. There were also a lot of dogs but everyone seemed very mindful and respectful.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a coffee machine in the room. You had to use the one in the reception area

I was going to Montauk for a small job and I looked into all the places there on Booking.com and panicked at the pricing throughout the area and then I found this place + it was a great value. Very nice room and affordable. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looks very nice. There were people enjoying it. I would look forward to staying there again

I didn't like the area only because I don't have the money to go to Montauk. I got a pizza and it was like $50 but I'm sure it's a fantastic place just beyond my pay grade

We had such a great stay! Everyone was accommodating, pleasant, and very laid back. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great location. We enjoyed walking around the harbor area, and going into town was easy. The outdoor areas were very nice. The firepit and couches were comfortable and cozy.

The only disappointment was that I booked my stay for a king-size deluxe apartment and got a queen. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. I also didn't say anything upon checking in. When I mentioned it the next day, it was just a statement. I didn't want to make a fuss. We asked for a later check out, and we were happy.

The staff was exceptional. We never had to look too long to find someone who was willing to help us with more towels, or helping set up a grill, etc. I like the personal service and it really feels like a family owned business. This is not a flashy night club kind of place and I like that for our kids (two girls.) The pool is clean and everything is well maintained. By well maintained, I mean someone will be out every day painting, cleaning, arranging, etc.

The layout of the 1 bedroom apartment could be better. The kitchen is quite large given the small size of the liiving room area. But, we all slept comfortably so I can't complain.

My husband and I have been staying at the Inn for the past 5 years for our anniversary. The location is great, we go for a walk every morning and evening along the beach and through the shops. There's a fantastic breakfast place just behind the Inn as well. The staff is always pleasant, the rooms are always clean.

The only issue we had was the bed. It was very comfortable but after a few days our backs hurt.

I was there with my best friend to renew our 45 friendship. We loved our stay there. The location was great, the desk staff was very helpful and we got help with our luggage to go upstairs. We loved the meditation room..we think the bathroom should have a bar on the wall to hold onto and a few hooks to hang things..but all and all it is a nice place to stay for a few days..the garden area us very pretty..the Buddas in the area was very nice.

The pillows were like a rock, the back door needed to have better privacy in the glass. As I said you need to put some hooks on n the bathroom door it would help to hang the towels or pj's etc...I think a little table n chairs to sit and eat your food on would be nice.

Nice room in a quiet little corner of Montauk. The room was big and comfy. The pool area was beautiful. Close, walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Cute balcony on the back.

No plugs accessible to the bed for phones, not really set up for modern technology needs. I would have preferred a microwave and a coffee maker in the room, but it's not a deal breaker. We couldn't get the tv to work but didn't call down, so that might have been fixable.
