Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Leaving.

Across the street from the Beach....great views....despite some clouds and intermittent rain mid week. So great to have a mini kitchen for some meals and snacks. This is a large Room with a nice pool and facilities. Loved the Beach proximity....not crowded.

Lots of traffic on the road to Montauk....of course. Restaurant prices steep....not surprising

it is located right across the street from the ocean. Beautiful heated pool in the center of the property. Gorgeous landscape. The rooms have a clean bathroom with sink located outside the bathroom, nice galley kitchen with stove, dishwasher and microwave. Comes with coffee machine (bring your own coffee) and toaster. Decent pull out sofa.

Loved everything

The location was peaceful and quiet. The view of the ocean as far as you can see was awesome. The property and staff were great! Great location if you love to jog and walk ect. People should take advantage of walking to and from the stores and restaurants. It's so close to town.

Bathrooms along the route for exceriseing was lacking.

The staff was extremely nice. Especially Ryan who ran the pool area. It's rare to see an employee take that much pride in their work and the happiness of guests. The room and facilities were very clean. The room was a great size. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Right across the street from the beach with water views from our balcony. Great beach area for hotel guests right across the street. Close to town, but I liked not staying right in town.

The studio was so beautiful and well kept. Lots of drawer space if I were to reside here! The pool was nicely heated and the pool area very neat and clean. The fitness center has saunas very nice property. The grounds are kept really nice also.

Loved how large the rooms are!! And the kitchenette with full size fridge was great too. Felt like a home away from home.

Not a big deal, but I assumed (as I feel others might) that advertising a coffee machine includes coffee as well! Would have been a nice addition that isn’t too hard for a hotel to provide in my opinion. I also wish the pool was open a little later! Like 9pm? Especially since quiet hours aren’t until 10 anyway. Would have loved to go for a swim after dinner. I’ll also remember to request a second floor room next time as our upstairs neighbors were apparently hosting a relay race the whole weekend and the floors creak something serious.

The facility was fantastic, with a full array of amenities. Right across the street from the ocean; extremely beautiful and picturesque! Far enough, yet conveniently close enough to the town. Friendly welcoming staff and guests! Perfect in every way!

The room, the patio/balcony the ambiance, the proximity to the ocean, the housekeeping staff was awesome. So was the Office Staff - warm courteous and sincere. a great experience.
