The property is very clean, the staff are very friendly, and the apartment was well equipped. The pool is also a bonus! It’s heated and clean.

The service app was a great touch, but it got confusing - mostly we just wanted regular service for the room (cleaning), but the app doesn’t provide that option. So each day we made of requests on the app and then had to confirm with the front desk that the room would get cleaned. Not a deal breaker, just an extra step that we would’ve liked not have to do.

A Wave Inn was perfect for my needs. I wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without paying the steep charges of actually being on the beach. The walk to the beach was a direct straight line which took less than 3 minutes. The room was clean, the wifi was great. My needs were basic. A nice comfortable place to shower, sleep and get to the beach and those needs were met. I also appreciated the mobile check in...so nice to arrive and get the code to your key lock and just enter.

I really have no complaints. Parking is not as plentiful as some other places BUT I had no issues getting a spot.

Rooms were very clean and looked recently redone. The beds were all comfortable and the staff were kind and professional. You can walk to anything you need, which was perfect with three teenagers. The pool, though small, was fine and they have several tables and chairs where you can bring your food or sit and relax. We will definitely be back!!

The pool is a bit small. That didn't really matter though because the ocean is across the street, There was a little bit of partying going on late night, but that is to be expected.

The room was conveniently located near the beach but also in town within walking distance to everything I needed on this trip. It was also quite warm in the room which was perfect for the brisk spring breezes coming off the ocean at night. And an added bonus, they were kind enough to store my bags after checkout so I didn't have to lug everything around as I waited for my departure time. I'd definitely go back!

The only thing I can think of is that the little concierge book needs to be updated. Other than that my stay was comfortable and pleasant and relaxing.

Very clean, updated room with excellent amenities! Great heated pool! Excellent location, all rooms with pool view, steps to beach, restaurants, bakery’s, etc!

The bathroom was updated & clean, but way too small! No bathtub, or space!

I can't stress enough how impressed I was with their affordable rates. What's even better is that the inn is conveniently located just a short 3-minute walk from the beach and several restaurants. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend the Wave Inn to anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It's an experience you won't want to miss out on!

The location is excellent - right near the beach (within walking distance) and in town. No need to drive anywhere; can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was extremely clean and a comfortable size..

When we first arrived, there was a group of very loud guests. But, they were sitting near the pool. And, fortunately, they were quiet after dinner time.

Location was perfect, staff was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Shower leaked every time we took a shower. Room 5, the water ran from the shower head to the back of the shower and out on to the floor. Need to fix that or you will have mold.

Mattress, pillows, and couch are all so so uncomfortable. Our backs are killing us after 4 nights

Loud at night Random groups jumping in pool and sitting on stairs near rooms late at night or early am. Security guard could fix problem or don’t rent to under 18 year olds.
