A true Gem in the Hamptons ! To be honest I’ve stayed in many resorts around the world , starting from four seasons ending to some budget hotel, but this one is a place which is a true hidden gem and discovery ! Perfect location , right next to the beach , fantastic views, amazing smells, super clean, outstanding service , top house keeping service , spacious rooms, the balconies give it an extra charm, super clean pool. Perfection in details , complimentary water, shower gel, enough towels . Just in love with this place . For the price you pay you get a 5 star service ! That impressed that it’s my first time I even write a review !

Nothing ! Everything was exceptional !

Close to the beach, comfy lounge chairs by the pool, pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, close to town

Pool closed too early, and certain services (like coffee) weren’t available when we were told they would be. Parking was often taken up by restaurant guests, which required us to park far away from our room when returning home at night.

Quiet relaxing

The entrance to property were my room was was extremely hard to find in fog and dark I drove in circles for an hour with my grandkids before finding the unmarked entrance. You need to have a sign at the entrance no lights small narrow driveway needs fixing

Great location. Pool and accommodations were nice. The restaurant had a great view and drinks!

I found nothing to complain about other than the cafe that makes alcoholic drinks opens after Memorial Day and I was there a few days shy of the date .

Room was large, spotless and spacious. View was beautiful facing the ocean. Staff very attentive. The beach was beautiful, a short walk across the street.

Adorable! Pool area was a very nice bonus! Restaurant on site was great (no driving! ) bicycles available!

Walls are very thin. :) had good neighbors though

Room was the perfect size for my husband and I on our baby moon. We wanted a relaxing few days, close to the beach, with great views…. Breakers had everything we wanted. Beach was a short walk across the street and town was super close. We loved not having a TV and spent the evenings on our deck checking out the amazing stars.

I have stayed here before and it is wonderful, Andre is awesome. Room 1 is great. Proximity to town is not bad.

Probably my ONLY issue is that there were many bugs on the ceiling & floor and I found myself trying to capture all before going to bed.

This is a very well run property. The staff is exceptional.
