Beautiful grounds. The sunsets are gorgeous to view from their manicured lawns. The staff is accommodating and the shuttle service to the town or beach is a wonderful amenity due to the limited parking in town

The pool hours are from 10am-7pm not very accommodating for a family. It opens too late and closes too early for summer hours. In order to use the tennis courts you must be given a key to unlock and lock when finishing. In order to use the gym, you again must visit the front desk to get permission The ambiance and cost to stay at the Manor juxtaposed to locked tennis courts, gym and restrictive pool hours should be reconsidered by management. It gives the impression MM is situated in a high crime area rather than a beautiful resort. It is something to consider in the future.

Gorgeous property, wonderful amenities and beautiful and clean room! Really exceeded my expectations! The free shuttle was such a great perk, we loved Patrick the driver!

A few nitpicking things like the food in the hotel restaurant was very pricey for what we got and our fried calamari was overcooked. And the furniture in the lobby looks like it could use a good cleaning. But overall nothing else that would be a deal breaker. We loved it here and would come back in a heartbeat!

Fabulous place to stay, I loved it. The staff were really helpful, it's a short walk to montauk train station so as I arrived late I walked there on arrival to montauk. The grounds were beautiful with a wonderful view, there was even a deer grazing on the grounds. I loved the book exchange & the pool was fantastic. The self contained unit meant I could cook while there. The hotel also runs a courtesy bus which dropped me to the train station and hamlet on the day I left, they also take guests to the lighthouse. The vending machines were good too for a late night snack. I went off season so the rate was really good. I'm very happy with my stay. I appreciated the coffee left in the room.

It was a little weird to me that ppl don't walk into town etc but it's just a cultural difference.

It was nice that there was always a lifeguard at the pool—it felt safe. The sauna facilities were also a great feature. The room had been renovated compared to older Google photos, with new furniture and a fresh interior, making it a comfortable place to stay. It was also a great spot for taking beautiful photos. I especially recommend watching the sunset by the ocean in front of the hotel—it was truly beautiful.

It was a bit disappointing that the hotel’s restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and that there wasn’t a small convenience store on site. Although the downtown area is less than a 5-minute drive away, many restaurants there were closed during the off-season, so dining options were quite limited. The few restaurants that were open nearby mainly served typical dishes like pizza, pasta, and steak, despite the location being near the ocean where I was hoping for more seafood.

The large windows offered breathtaking views, and I can only imagine how much more beautiful the scenery must be during the summer months. Overall, my stay at Montauk Manor was filled with wonderful, memorable moments, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. There's nothing really that I could say that we disliked. We do wish that Monty's was open.

The Manor was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We also thought that the little apartment was perfectly laid out, great use of space. It had everything we needed and more, even a small dishwasher and full size fridge. Very nicely updated for the age of the building. Especially loved the older woman at the front desk (think her name was Emily??). Not only was she unbelievably friendly but also helped us plan out a couple days of site seeing suggestions and driving route that was most scenic. we actually change our plans and took the ferries to the north fork; so glad we did. worked out beautifully and cut down on several hours of driving.

only one complaint is that the pool was rather cold for use in the fall even though indoor and the hot tub was not heated up nor were the sauna when we went down to use them. expected that they would have been for use even off season until the facility closed at 10pm.

Gorgeous! Immaculate!

Had a small issue with housekeeping. When we arrived, we were told that if we denied housekeeping, we could always change our minds and come to the front desk to let them know. The following day, I went to the front desk to add housekeeping and was told the woman who needed to update our account was not there, but all we needed to do was hang the housekeeping tag on the door. Needless to say, housekeeping never came and the tag was turned the tag around to the “do not disturb” side. When I asked at the front desk, they were extremely nice and told me that this was not the case to get services. They apologized and were very accommodating when we simply asked for fresh towels. Besides this small problem, our stay was wonderful and the staff was great.

We thought the room was really cute & nicely decorated. The resteraunts were good & convenient. Brunch was nice. The indoor pool was good . I wish it opened earlier. I will definitely look out for specials. If the price came down some, I would stay there more often. We had a great Anniversary weekend !!!

The parking was a little far to be wheeling suitcases up and down . The few parking spots to unload were full the whole time. Not sure if the construction workers needed their trucks right there .

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The provision of a coach to take us to and from various sites was a great bonus,

The quality and variety of the food in the restaurant was very poor, and very expensive. One of our party was violently sick after the calamari, and I got a shrimp dish that was inedible, the “ sauce” had a gravelly texture. The wine was very expensive by the glass, when we realized this and asked to be charged retrospectively by the bottle, our request was rejected.

A quick getaway to Montauk in September 2024. Best decision. The weather was beautiful and warm; so, we were able to use the outdoor pool everyday. We used the indoor pool too. The Montauk Manor is a beautiful resort. The staff was welcoming, warm and helpful. So clean too. Loved our room. Perfect for our needs.

It would have been nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Such a pretty outdoor dining area. It was off-season so we understand.
