The rooms were large and very well equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed -- even books. The two,bathrooms were modern, and the two bedrooms had very comfortable beds and an additional tv. . We booked thinking that we would be a family of five but only four of us came, so it was more than we needed. The private beach was beautiful and the staff supplied beach chairs, umbrellas and plenty of towels. The kids loved it but then abandoned it for the pool, which was warm and uncrowded. We could not get them out of it. The location of the resort was perfect: close to restaurants and only 15 minutes away from Montauk. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Next time -- and I hope there will be a next time -- we will book rooms with an ocean view.

The view was sensational, even though it was too cold to get in the water it was magical to watch the waves..also a beautiful sunrise! The apartment was sparkling clean, the shower and kitchen were fantastic, and the place is blissfully quiet except when I heard the neighbors on their balcony, which is what it is I guess... The housekeeping staff were very helpful and kind and checkin was prompt and efficient.

The bed wasn't great, felt lumpy and uneven though the sheets were great. Also, and the bedroom didn't quite get dark with slats in the blinds and a light that i couldn't turn off outside.

The upper balcony rooms facing the ocean are well worth it, off season but still warm during the days and still not freezing at night! the view is spectacular for bot sunrise (never miss it, the wildlife is amazing) and sunset! The dark sky view was very good and the Milky Way was lovely! Telescope on the balcony was awesome at night and during the day! All manner of sea birds and sea lions in the morning. he room was a great little apartment with nice privacy and amenities! Kitchenette was excellent, and the cabinets are well stocked with all the utensils and dish/ glassware you could realistically need. Milky Way viewing Check! Meteors viewed Check! The bedrooms need room darkening shade options if you are a person who cant sleep in the light. using a towel or a blanket you bring may be necessary to seep in the dark.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s a stone’s throw from the beach. I’m a beach lover and I don’t like having to walk across the sand for ages to get to the ocean, which is the case for many Long Island ocean beaches. This property is literally on the ocean. The cabana staff sets up beach chairs and umbrellas, which is a luxury since we’re used to lugging our own stuff to the beach. The pool is so nice that the kids loved it almost as much as the ocean. The water temperature was nice. There bathroom at the pool was one of the nicest pool bathrooms I’ve ever been to. It’s updated and has a really nice shower with a nice shower head. We stayed in a 1BR in the Monterey building. The room was nicely appointed with a comfy bed and couches. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a balcony, where we ate dinner. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s a gem of a property. I highly recommend it!

I can’t think if anything except I wish the pool opened before 10a!

We were greeted with a friendly smile and courteous woman at the front desk. The room was spotless. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The beach, pool, and BBQ were all great! The cleaning women were friendly.

The towel and lounge chair guys (except for one) barely looked up from their phones unless you interrupted them. One problem was there were no clean towels at 5pm until closing on our last day. There were plenty of used towels on the lounge chairs, but nobody did anything about that despite more people entering the pool.

The most what we like was that the apartament was really clean and looks good. We had really fresh or maybe new towels, so that was really comfortable. You can also play some tennis in your free time or have a BBQ in special place around building.

The view was good, not excellent because we had a lot of plants and trees in front of the balcony, so the lower level was not perfect. But you still can hear ocean sitting with your drink. I am not sure if this should be $50 extra without season time. We used a heater for a while and it was extremely loud when waking up from snooze, it can be problem while somebody is sleeping.

I stayed at this property for Memorial day weekend, it was just amazing. The property is right in the beach, the View from the living rom was so beautiful. It was still come in May but my kids and I spent all our time on the beautiful deserted beach. The pool was over 80 degree so that was nice for the kids to swim. Honestly we did not even want to leave the Town is so Charming.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I liked the key codes in the outside doors. The beach has the softest, cleanest sand I’ve seen in a long time. Many of the other people there have been going there for 15* years.

No staff on the property after 6pm. Hard to get heavy luggage from parking lot to room with stone covered paths.

The location to the private beach, pool was nice, location was quiet and beautiful but still had a bagel/deli and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Short drive into either Montauk or amagansett.

Bathroom was tiny. Closet was also very small to the point where it is useless. Really no place to unpack your clothes into. Bed was really uncomfortable, pullout bed was actually better.

The location. It’s right on the beach and close to local restaurants. We were allowed to use the amenities on the day of arrival before check in, and the day of departure after check out, which was great. The staff is friendly. The apartment with pool view did not have pool view, but we liked the space, having two separate room and a terrace. The bedroom was at the side of the stairs, but it was super quiet at night so that did not bother us.

A few things that were looked over where a packaged food on the table, a pill next to the bed, and the dishwasher was on when we came in which we found odd, but might had to do with us checking in earlier. Also, it would be great to have a store on site, even having some basics really makes a difference for comfort.
