**Review of My Stay at Montauk Manor** I recently had the pleasure of staying in a three-bedroom apartment at Montauk Manor, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning views of the sunset that greeted me every evening. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The full kitchen was a dream come true, equipped with every appliance and utensil I could possibly need. It allowed me to prepare meals while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms were cozy and charming, with two of them featuring queen-size beds, while the master bedroom boasted a king-size bed—a rare find on the island. Each room was a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The furniture throughout the apartment was super comfortable, inviting relaxation and unwinding after a day of activities. The large windows offered breathtaking views, and I can only imagine how much more beautiful the scenery must be during the summer months. Overall, my stay at Montauk Manor was filled with wonderful, memorable moments, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this place is a gem that should not be missed!

There's nothing really that I could say that we disliked. We do wish that Monty's was open.

The Manor was beautiful, even better than the pictures. We also thought that the little apartment was perfectly laid out, great use of space. It had everything we needed and more, even a small dishwasher and full size fridge. Very nicely updated for the age of the building. Especially loved the older woman at the front desk (think her name was Emily??). Not only was she unbelievably friendly but also helped us plan out a couple days of site seeing suggestions and driving route that was most scenic. we actually change our plans and took the ferries to the north fork; so glad we did. worked out beautifully and cut down on several hours of driving.

only one complaint is that the pool was rather cold for use in the fall even though indoor and the hot tub was not heated up nor were the sauna when we went down to use them. expected that they would have been for use even off season until the facility closed at 10pm.

Gorgeous! Immaculate!

Had a small issue with housekeeping. When we arrived, we were told that if we denied housekeeping, we could always change our minds and come to the front desk to let them know. The following day, I went to the front desk to add housekeeping and was told the woman who needed to update our account was not there, but all we needed to do was hang the housekeeping tag on the door. Needless to say, housekeeping never came and the tag was turned the tag around to the “do not disturb” side. When I asked at the front desk, they were extremely nice and told me that this was not the case to get services. They apologized and were very accommodating when we simply asked for fresh towels. Besides this small problem, our stay was wonderful and the staff was great.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated. The provision of a coach to take us to and from various sites was a great bonus,

The quality and variety of the food in the restaurant was very poor, and very expensive. One of our party was violently sick after the calamari, and I got a shrimp dish that was inedible, the “ sauce” had a gravelly texture. The wine was very expensive by the glass, when we realized this and asked to be charged retrospectively by the bottle, our request was rejected.

We thought the room was really cute & nicely decorated. The resteraunts were good & convenient. Brunch was nice. The indoor pool was good . I wish it opened earlier. I will definitely look out for specials. If the price came down some, I would stay there more often. We had a great Anniversary weekend !!!

The parking was a little far to be wheeling suitcases up and down . The few parking spots to unload were full the whole time. Not sure if the construction workers needed their trucks right there .

A quick getaway to Montauk in September 2024. Best decision. The weather was beautiful and warm; so, we were able to use the outdoor pool everyday. We used the indoor pool too. The Montauk Manor is a beautiful resort. The staff was welcoming, warm and helpful. So clean too. Loved our room. Perfect for our needs.

It would have been nice to have breakfast there in the morning. Such a pretty outdoor dining area. It was off-season so we understand.

I love old castles, the tennis courts, the greenery, the room had a great design, and very quiet when nobody was cutting the grass or listening to loud music at the pool.

Small bathroom upstairs had a weird location. I had to go up through the whole loft to get to a small bathroom with small sink and toilet, and very dark shower. The water in the pool could've been a little warmer. Some people turn loud music on, without asking anyone. It was like a noisy neighbor having a party where I went for peace and quiet.

The room had a lovely balcony and allowed us to have a relaxing dinner with a beautiful view of the Sunset in the West. Additionally the room was spacious and loved the extra outdoor space.

The room comes with a complete kitchen, which makes it easy to not have to go out to diiner however, it could have used a salad bowl and some tongs in addition to the plates and utensils provided

Nice, big space for a large family. Kids loved that the two room suite had an open loft with skylight. The primary bedroom was very large and comfortable, bathrooms had been recently redone. Indoor pool and sauna are lovely. Had dinner at Montes and the food was great.

No breakfast during the week (had to run out early in the morning to buy food for the family.) This wouldn’t be an issue for folks who plan ahead and bring food.

This place is amazing. If you, like many New Yorkers, don't have a car, you don't need it! The shuttle takes you where you need to go. The room is huge and all the decor is really adorable. It doesn't feel like a drab, corporate hotel because it isn't! The indoor pool is small but so luxurious. Oh and please go to Montes restaurant. The pasta is so good. The plates are huge so take it your room for lunch tomorrow.
