Location was perfect! Walk a few feet your on the beach and walk a few the other direction and your in the downtown streets! Food, shopping, drinks all right there. The hero beach club is so cute and all the little outdoor hangout spots were so adorable. Loved the swing in front of our door:) the rooms are spacious and super cute. highly recommend staying here, we will definitely be back!!

Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained, great pool and access to beach (inc. beach chair and umbrellas) Loved the garden and the fire pit which was available every night until 11 pm and appreciated the complimentary coffee and muffins/fruit they provide fresh every morning. This will be our new address in Montauk - a bit pricey but worth every penny Give it a try - you won’t regret it !

Rooms are a little small but doesnt feel super tight, good if you dont have too much luggage and are traveling for a couple of days We stayed on the second floor so cant complain about any noise although the hotel was pretty busy for labor day - you do hear the road/cars time to time but its manageable - price for being in a central location

Very nice rooms. Nice small continental breakfast. Towel and beach service. Very good housekeeping. Yoga. Very nice relaxed vibe which was nice for a beach resort motel

Had a rock band playing one night which disturbed sleep. Public was allowed to attend so parking for motel guests was limited that night. Noisy guest above us.

Perfect location (not so close to all the other beach hotels, so you get more privacy and a peaceful beach). Beautiful rooms, good beach service & friendly staff. Very nice, quiet and clean hotel, I would say its definitely the best option in Montauk if you are looking to stay in a beachfront hotel.

Missing breakfast service.

Breakfast was amazing, grounds are well kept .. everything was very clean well maintained.. loved the staff !!! Loved the lobby for drinks at night and breakfast in the morning… will definitely stay again .

Lovely rooms just as described

That had to carry very heavy bags upstairs as was no lift or anyone to help. Also staff could have been a little more friendly especially reception staff.

The people who work there were lovely, the room was perfectly appointed. The location was great. Just what was needed for a quick getaway from the city

The manager Alex was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating! I loved our room it was perfect and very clean. The welcoming drinks were a great touch and I loved the location! We will for sure be back

The location was great and the vibe was very relaxing. Loved all of the big tables and shaded areas to relax.

The rooms were tight and it would be nice to have a bathroom door and a better place to put clothing. the hallway lights illuminated the room even with the shades down (I like it dark). Not sure why, but the kids feet got cut up on the bottom of the pool.
