Good breakfast

Facilities/Amenities: Wi-Fi not good Two Elevators Out of Service the elevators was not working for the entire duration, causing significant inconvenience. As a guest staying on a higher floor , I had to use the stairs repeatedly for luggage, groceries, and daily access. no assistance offered to carry my luggage from hotel to reception .

It was clean, staff was nice. Breakfast was great. All good.

The only problem which is not the hotels fault , was a set of guest who had a very loud argument for about an hour in the hall and then went outside and continued it and then came back inside before they left. This happened from about 2 am until 3 am. Again not the facilities fault but I had to get up at 5 to go to work.

Breakfast done well. Great coffee!!!

Wish there was a discount for 4 or more nights staying there. The increase on Friday night after already being there for the 4 nights prior to that was crazy...weekend or not. Would be good customer service to reward someone for extending their stay.

this was our final stop on our road trip - we wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from JFK (but not too close either) this was perfect - Rivehead gave us the opportunity to see the hamptons and Sag Harbor and also do a little bit of shopping to take presents home with us. the hotel was very peaceful, spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It is also worth mentioning that this had by far the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in also

Unfortunately the breakfast was over-cooked when I was eating. Coffee selection was very good. One coffee machine was not working, but the other one serviced all very well.

There was a light switch in my room that did nothing. I think it was supposed to turn on the lights in the bedroom area.

Breakfast was great, especially the coffee system! Bedding was comfortable and refreshing after a hot day in the sun. Shower is the best I've ever had at any hotel. Substantial water pressure!! Bathroom spotless and clean towels every day.

I had a great time with my fiancé. The staff were very helpful and respectful. We were in a suite which looks bigger than the pictures. The room was clean and has beautiful lighting. Great bath essentials. And a lot room for our items. Great mirror to take pictures too.

Absolutely enjoyed my time at the Holiday Inn!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They even arranged a shuttle to come and take us to Bistro72 and bring us back to the hotel. Everything was so clean! I highly recommend staying here!

The staff was so so nice, the lady who helped us, I think her name was Audrey, was so kind and helpful. Our room was clean and really pretty. I brought an extra blanket and whoever cleaned my room made a cute little bow with it. Everything was awesome :)

I liked that the hotel had hot tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Breakfast till 10am which was nice and big variety of food and drinks. The room, bathroom, towels and sheets were clean. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Easy booking online.

Very bad lightning in the room (only 3 small lamps that did not give enough light in the room). The beds were not very comfortable, all members of my family woke up several times during the night. People making noise on the hallway at 5am.
