Secluded enough to be peaceful with no light pollution at night but only 5 min drive from the nearest town which has everything you need. Perfect little hideaway. Lovely and clean, very comfortable and lots of room. You have your own private entrance and small patio area for breakfast. Parking on the front of the property. Really lovely.

Breakfast was lovely served in our room. A couple of plates and a few more pieces of cutlery would have been nice! The room really nice a sort of shabby chic!

An outside light for the access stairs would have been helpful, A guide on how to use the satellite tv system would also have been helpful.

Châteauneuf-en-Thymerais is only 3 km away with two good restaurants. We enjoyed a very good breakfast before departure. We used this B&B again on our return journey to the UK.

This was a long awaited return visit to this lovely B and B. The breakfasts are lovely and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We like the quiet village location and the local walking. The immediate area around is flat so great for easy walking or cycling with lots of forest trails nearby. It took us an hour to walk cross country into the nearby town on a mix of paths, forest and farm trails which is an 8 min drive by car along the main road into town. The small town has a nice mix of little shops, bakeries, restaurants etc. as well as a few smaller supermarkets.

The weather was a bit mixed so it wasn’t really nice enough to sit out in the garden for breakfast. There was nothing that could have been better that was within the control of our hosts.

The room was delightfully finished and so comfortable . Breakfast was beautiful. Only wished it was warmer outside (and not raining) so we could have eaten outside and had a wander around the garden. Bridget was very welcoming and friendly.

Lovely welcoming host, very good value evening meal and breakfast, which were both served in the room. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. It was very easy to find off the main road.

Lovely breakfast brought up to our room. There was a fridge which was very useful.

Door into the bathroom was so low we had to bend down quite low. My husband (5foot 10inches) kept banging his head!!!

The place is stunning and very authentic. Brigitte was super nice, gave us advice about eating out and attended to all our wishes. The room upstairs, where the children stayed, was a bit hot, but that day it was one of the hottest days in the region. The dog was also very lovely and the breakfast in the garden was delicious. We would definitely return when in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast was amazing! Fresh bread with fresh jams and croissants and fresh fruit. Great one night stop over going up to Calais. Bedroom was clean and tidy and cosy. Great time. The hosts were super friendly. Had a cute dog called Bell
